Stay was good and comfortable

I didn’t expect much since it was an old hotel, and it was just as I expected. However, the hotel restaurant was better than I thought.

The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous! The room was beautiful and in great conditions but the A/C was not working. The room was hot like a sauna, causing bad sleeping time. They provided a fan for the second night and that helped a little but it was still uncomfortable to be sweating while sleeping. The location of the hotel was great. Walking distance from the main touristic attractions (if you like to walk).

Well worth the price for a convient and comfortable stay with great service.

Is a beautiful hotel

Todo bien con el lugar, lo esperado de un 3 estrellas, estuve en un cuarto sencillo y era eso, sencillo sin más pero limpio. El único problema constante es que el elevador se descompuso 3 veces durante los pocos días, incluso un fue duro con gente dentro más de una hora, deberían buscar una solución definitiva para eso.

Arrived early morning, despite having paid for the night before and informed by Expedia I would be arriving in the morning but they sold my room in the interim and I had to wait almost 2 hours for them to resolve it.

Great location

Arrived at property but the room was not available— has to wait one hour, even though I had booked the night before. I did message them to confirm it was a late arrival but they didn’t claim to use the Expedia messaging. The room was okay, but not private at all — the windows were joined and so you could hear everything between rooms.

This hotel is a favorite of ours. The front desk staff and porters are excellent. The rooms are very clean. The cleaning staff is attentive when anything is requested.

This was an excellent location. Many restaurants within a short walk. Hotel was well appointed.

Low attention to detail and self centered staff that mumble in Spanish. They try hard to be friendly. Pool cold water
