Al aser el check in el reception parese q no le gusta su trabajo ni biennenida ni me esplivo nada del hotel y grosero solo medio la llave y lps controles y medijo q cuarto tenia y ya solo un elevafor avia y chico solo cania 4 personas para un hotel grande los empliados ni te saludaban y parese q todos estaban enojados y el lugar no esta tan limpio y luego te quieren cobrar asta por las tuallas q esten con una mancha cuándo las tuallas ni tan limpiaa estan por tofo te quieren cobrar y el bańo no tiene ni donde salga lo caliente no ay telegono para la recepvion no ay tuallas para la albertca la verdad para el precio no bale le pena no me wuedaria otraves aa qui son muy despotas los empliados la verdad no lo recomiendo mejor nusquen otro en la costera como el emporiom oh el ritz oh kristal nunca eh tenido problemas con ellos vomo con este

This property is nice in a part of town long forgotten. It’s sad, Acapulco moved down the road to an area that doesn’t have the charm. This place is clean and cool and right on the beach. The beach gets very crowded as it’s popular with locals. It’s a great spot that got left behind.

Nice family style beach. Decent location away from the city center but with easy access. Great ocean view from the ocean facing room. Simple and authentic

Los empleados poner mas atencion al cliente. El hotel tiene muy buena ubicación , buenas habitaciones

First of all, Acapulco is still recovering from the Hurricane Otis in 2023. Almost everywhere is the non-stop noises of demolition and construction. The Acamar Hotel is also at this time. It's a nice enough Hotel, but noisy by design. and when it's full IT IS NOISY! there's no escaping the noise, which is true for most all of Mexico. The beach is nice and calm, the pool is nice and clean. The Staff are very helpful. The restaurant is very large and the food was good. There is nothing much open after 8pm except Dominoes and some street vendors, nothing else, period. The "party buses" roar through that intersection with their music blasting and horns are honking from early until late. It was fun for a few days but bring your ear-plugs!

The view of the ocean was so amazing. The hotel was in process of renovation so there was a lot of noise at the time . But I know once there done it will be great . It’s walkable or if you prefer to use the buses to get to down town it’s easy and there’s more options to eat and shop . We also walked from downtown to the quebrada and it’s a nice walk ( a bit up hill but not bad ) definitely worth the walk . Loved the hotel view and the sound of the beach all day and night definitely worth the stay .

They were renovating the hotel . So there were lots of noice at night until 9 - 10 pm . There was a storm and water was dripping inside the room . Overall this hotel will be great to stay after there done remodeling it . It’s just in front of the ocean and very nice view if you have the ocean view room . It’s walkable , easy transportation to the zocalo .

las camas estan muy viejas, realmente viejas. Nos tocó lluvia, el balcón tiene techo de lámina lo cual provoca un ruido terrible con la lluvia. La puerta tiene muy po seguridad, es un sola y endeble manija. El elevador estaba siempre muy sucio además que es insuficiente. Las personas de recepción súper apáticas.

la habitación no es como la que sale en la foto, el refrigerador ofrecía la habitación si estaba, bastante viejo y no tenia el enchufe para encenderlo a la electricidad, la terraza con una red la cual no se apreciaba la playa, te cobran por día el estacionamiento, el internet no funcionaba al 100% venia y se iba la conexión constantemente

excelente lugar para hos´pedarse en relacio a costo beneficio, falta muchop or restaurar o arreglar pero se esta trabajando , por cierto el aire acondicionado formidable, no lo senti muy frio sino excato para mi gusto, y el frigobar muy util, aunque en la epoca que fui demasiado concurrida la playa, por lo que no pude disfruta como hibiera querido, pero eso no es responsabilidad del hotel

My family and I stayed 2 nights everything was fine, staf is very nice, convenient store nearby, transportation in front of the hotel, pool was excellent, beach next to the hotel elevator fine. Except during the day is a bit noisy because remodeling is going on. Other than that we strongly recommend, definitely we will be back.
