The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon. The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's. However, would I return, possibly.

Very good standard accommodation, filter tap for drinking water and air conditioning were big pluses. Lovely pool area and the on site bar and restaurant , Bailybar offered happy hour deals and very nice meals.

Very clean and wonderful staff the pool sun beds have a booking system for morning and evening , beach is very close by as is a small shop.

We only stayed for one night but wished it was longer. The rooms were really lovely - stylish and well appointed - the staff were fabulous, the sea views were excellent! We liked that there was a full kitchen in the rooms too, AND filtered water on tap. We would definitely stay here again.

Area and hotel very much targeted at beach and poolside type holidays. Seemed perfectly nice for this, good pool and over the road from large beach, just on the edge of the main strip and larger beaches. We had hire car and used hotel as base for day trips etc. also perfectly good for this too.

Lovely Villa, nice pools, good location

Brilliant stay. It's a great set up, with the apartments arranged around the pools and a small play area with table tennis, pool and a shaded area for smaller kids. The restaurant was excellent. Everything was in good condition, staff were helpful and friendly. Good recycling set up in the room too. It's also super close to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. Would thoroughly recommend.

Have stayed here 5 times now and would not want to stay anywhere else. Perfect for what we wanted. Clean, tidy, location great, staff always there to help.

We were only there for 2 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment, but everything was excellent. The apartments are very modern and clean.

The full resort was spotless with everything you need to enjoy a sunshine holiday. Every staff member is pleasant and really go the extra mile. Would highly recommend Club Del Carmen to everyone whether thats couples, families or the elderly. Loved the place.

Excellent accommodation and friendly efficient staff

This property is excellent . Only downside is the Wi-Fi , it’s pretty poor and intermittent unfortunately .

Stayed here numerous times and I've never been anywhere soo clean and such attentive staff, excellent accommodation and spotless warm pool. Bar food is reasonably priced and great quality, breakfast is especially a must!!! Great provisions for disabled accessibility and staff go above and beyond to ensure you have an excellent stay.

Wonderful stay. Nothing too much trouble for any of the staff. High level of general maintenance throughout all of the complex. Very good value for miney. No hestation in recommending or staying again. Many thanks

While the room was ok it was on the third floor and there was no lift working. Hard to get to grips with the housecleaning procedures..ie towel changing. Pillows and matresses were just ok but the biggest issue we had was the sunbed rotation policy..if you booked a bed in the morning you weren't allowed to stay in that a bed for the afternoon or book another bed...silly policy.

Room was clean and well presented, staff were friendly and helpful 5** cleanliness pool was cold in the morning but warmer later in the day the perfect few days away

Good for one night. Close to the airport. The thing which wasn’t good is that getting a sunbed is on a booking system - a morning & an afternoon slot. You weren’t allowed to book more than one slot a day, and there weren’t enough beds for everyone
