I ask for early check in and it was not ready, the room was booked just for my hisband and me,. My daughters came to visit us and the process to let them in was suuper slow. Our room had a LOUD music the whole afternoon. Next day my styler came to do my hair, ai advice the hotel before she got here and regardless she had to wait 30 minutes, I even went downstairs to meet her bc she had to come with a security guard that never showed up. Never staying here again.

The in room coffee machine was frustrating to use as it dispensed very little coffee.

I stayed 1 night visiting a family member. Walk to Parque 93 and great restaurants. Staff is very attentive to all needs. Bed was very confortable and everything was at Marriott standards. Breakfast was also good with many (vegan) options, the service of egg station cooks and servers made all the difference they were eager to see me enjoy my meal.

Bathroom had hair in the drain and toilet wasn’t clean. We expected better for the price we paid

Great place to stay in Bogota. Sound proofed windows which for me is very important. Great location to hit Calle 93 and Zona T.

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also wonderful. I looked forward to waking up to a delicious meal in a daily basis. The neighbourhood was great to walk around too. Felt like home. Will be staying here again for sure.
