The rooms and other hotel facilities are really value for money, the mattresses and pillows are very comfortable, the bathroom facilities are also complete and clean, the bathtub for the room rate value given is a bonus. There are 2 public swimming pools which are also spacious and beautiful. The staff is very friendly, helpful and pleasant.

The rooms are comfortable, quiet and the swimming pool facilities are quiet, so it is suitable for staying in a quiet place. But unfortunately the restaurant facilities have not been opened since covid. So when you want to borrow a plate / glass / spoon there is nothing at all. That's the only drawback. Haha.

We stayed in this place for the end-of-year vacation of 2020 - 2021. It is pandemic time. I understand that they have to scale down their services and staff due to COVID-19. However, it seems that they are not ready accepting the few guests that stayed on their premise anyway. For example, electricity occasionally went out (brownout). Also, the parking area is so full and not organized that you can't walk around with ease. Breakfast is limited and no coffee at all at breakfast. We were also annoyed at the behavior of one of their staff (and apparently it is considered a normal practice, the front office staff said) who was more interested in the private life of their guests rather than providing respectful service to the guests. This particular staff was asking my husband, why my sister (who traveled with us and had her own villa and stayed there longer than us) is staying in their premise alone and for quite a long stay. Hey? What is this? Is it because we are local guests (not foreigners) that they were wondering why an Indonesian woman is traveling alone & stayed in a hotel alone for quite a long period? I wonder whether they would ask the same question to a foreign woman guest who stays there alone.

Super comfortable, clean, suitable for families. toileters are complete and detailed. will definitely come back to astagina. walk to the beach. Even though it's in a small alley but the hotel is really good.

Big cozy bed & pillows. Small tub complete set of amenities good TV channels. Good service not best place when you bring big car.

The air conditioner is hot so it's uncomfortable.

During this pandemic Covid19, Bali and especially Seminyak area, many shops are closed down and few restaurants are open. 🥺😔 Our Room, booked for Suite for 2 bedrooms but upgraded to villa with 2 bedrooms. 👍

The hotel service is standard and also same with the food but for the room is wonderful and clean love it but the towel kind old they need too replace with the new one.

Getting in and out of the narrow road is only one car, for standard facilities. Yesterday there were no microwaves and plates that should have been there, so I had to call the receptionist first. Everything should be prepared, beyond expectations.

Good location and quiet area even surrounded by crowded street and shops. However when I arrived, the floor was dusty and all food items for mini bar were dusty. Need to improve cleanliness. Otherwise satisfactory services.

Because the wooden room so feels moist, which is not preferred is the bathroom, because the bathtub is too high so to take a bath must menjat

If going to Bali, going to astagina again. Pool is romantic, breakfast is super tasty and plenty of choice. There is a mini garden, which if from 3pm - 4pm can tea and cookies. Mini gardennya really comfortable. recommended hotel.

First time to Bali with honeymoon destination directly chose this hotel. When we got there, we were very satisfied with the hotel's friendly and responsive service, the location close to the tourism (but unfortunately, the road to the hotel can only be passed by one car), the atmosphere and view of the hotel is very beautiful so that makes us feel comfortable and comfortable. And what makes this hotel different from other hotels is the addition of afternoon tea service that starts every hour 3 to 4 pm ... It is really a recommended hotel and after returning from the holidays we still imagine the atmosphere of the hotel is so comfortable. Hope to stay back there when we come to Bali again.
