I consistently find my stay at this hotel in Santiago to be an enjoyable experience. It feels like a return to home, as I am familiar with many of the staff members. I particularly appreciate Felipe and Gary’s warm welcome both last year and this year. I eagerly anticipate returning with my family to Chile and continuing to stay at this exceptional hotel.

Staff was fabulous but there were some miscommunication. Mostly due to language barriers. The area is okay but I was warned of pick pockets etc often

Great room, fantastic meal and cocktails

The Hotel Singular was simply fantastic in and of itself and for its excellent location! The staff goes above and beyond, from Sergio ensuring I had a very early check-in, to possibly the best massage of my life by Hislamar Medina! There are insufficient words for Martin Torres, the incomparable Concierge who knew and handled everything immediately with a smile! My friend was staying at a big American chain and she said their Concierge was useless: “Thank Goodness we have Martin!!” The lobby and the rooms are delightfully charming, beautifully decorated from a bygone era. I was very sad to leave!

The staff were excellent, they went out of their way to make sure we had everything we wanted and enjoyed our time in Santiago.

Excellent hotel. Comfortable, tastefully appointed rooms. Staff are top notch. Excellent breakfast, The rooftop restaurant offers such a tasty gourmet meal. I ate every dinner in the restaurant.

Amazing old style service, beautiful hotel and great location.

From check in to check out, everything was seamless here at Singular. We enjoyed our stay here very much and would come back stay at any of their other hotels.
