Very nice hotel. Room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. Bed super comfortable and great linens. Hot shower with great pressure and large towels. The breakfast was fantastic. So glad it was included. Great service and many options. Cleaning crew friendly and accommodating.

This is a really nice place to stay. The property is immaculate, the location is great, the staff is attentive and friendly, and the rooms are simple, but attractive and comfortable. Decent toiletries, and complimentary bottled water were nice touches. A real highlight was the outstanding breakfast that came with the room. Excellent coffee, a delightful little local-style antojito while we waited for our order, a basket of breads and pastries, homemade jam, fresh-squeezed orange juice and very well-made, generously proportioned dishes with high-quality ingredients. I paid a little more for this place than the budget hotels we stayed in elsewhere and the breakfast alone was worth it.

Modern, clean and excellent design. Excellent service, gracious and sincere. Breakfast was very flavorful and filling. HOT water and pressure consistent. Bed/pillows comfortable. Organic soap, shampoo and confectioners! Excellent floor plan. Terrace views and seating. We absolutely feel they deserve 5 STARS! We enjoyed our stay here better than our Hilton stay in Tuxtla.

Loved this little place! They were super friendly and accommodating, and the room and hotel were excellent. We would definitely return. The only issue was the water in the shower was reversed - cold was hot, and hot was cold, but after a while we figured it out. We definitely recommend the place.

This place is like a magic portal away from the town center’s bustle, into a quiet, comfortable, clean, and extremely welcoming place. As a US Citizen traveling to Comitan, this hotel more than met my standards - by the time we left it felt like home. Can’t wait to come back soon!
