The self service check in machine doesn’t work properly and had issues getting into the room. Guess you get what you pay for in the end…

Easy check-in. Bedding had a strange smell but as it was late and tired we tolerated it. Easy to find and ample parking

On arrival car park was full of police vans. When checked in the room hadn't been cleaned. Unmade bed, wet towels on floor and unemptied bin. Was given another room which was fine. Man on reception next morning had been unaware of problem and was very apologetic. Not sure what we would gave done if arrived late after reception had closed.

We always use B&B hotels as an overnight stop to/from the Alps for skiing. The family rooms are great, comfy beds, hot water, convenient self check in

We booked a four day stay at this hotel. It's basically in an industrial area, away from the Dijon Centre but closer to shopping. There s no service to speak of - like many hotels in France, it makes the most of technology, just worse. The room was functional rather than comfortable. It's probably ok for a short business stay but it's grim for families.

Comfortable stop of on the way to calias. What it says in the brochure.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stopover in Dijon. Clean, friendly staff and a great little breakfast to send you on your way!!

Stayed here on our way back from Spain and this was equally as poor as the one on the way down. Dirty, linen smelt like it had been washed in a Chinese restaurant.

Air condition doesn’t work at all and we stayed on the top floor so it’s hard to fall an asleep at all. No front desk to change room is another issue. Next day the cleaning crew try to hurry us up to check out so he could finish his job for the day. Terrible stay.

The staff told me that I didn't pay. But I prepayd the reservation. I had proven it with the receipt, the booking details and even my PayPal account details. They didn't believe me. After two hours, calling with the manager, waiting, waiting and waiting, finally they found, as they told me, the reservation in their email spam folder. Unbelievable. For us it was already too late for our scheduled activities in the city. French people....

Lovely clean hotel. Easy to find. Easy to self check in. Brilliant covid safe stay

The room was very run down, shower faucet was falling off the broken railing and window didn’t open any more. Bring your hand soap. People yelling and partying until 3am with no on-site staff to control the property.

There is no receptionist full time so when we arrived we went to the machine but the system was asking for payment and we had already prepaid it. So there was no one to talk to. We had to leave and come back later for “office hours”. Then our room had a strong smell of cigarette. They changed the room though, which we appreciated!

Convenient stop over from South of France to Calais no frills but clean and comfortable.
