Hotel strategis di tengah kota. Sarapan enak. Hotel bersih.

At the restaurant, please smile and be friendly in serving guests, especially female staff! Smile and be friendly even if you have to. And also for the part that makes various kinds of eggs, please place the eggs in a beautiful bowl, not with the boards all on top, it's not beautiful to look at. And don't cook the omelette first because it doesn't taste good when you eat it cold. Wait for the guest to ask for a new one to be made. And for the others it's really OK. God willing, our family will stay at this hotel again.

Many tools are broken and not working. The shower faucet is broken, the toilet drain lever is not working, the air conditioner or air conditioner is not cold. Many are not updated, broadcast tv, no telephone to the operator or to the room attendant and the card given cannot access the lift to other floors, only the ground floor and the floor to the room. Pelayanannya setiap masuk kamar bau rokok yang sangat menyengat kita minta ganti kamar tapi alasan full dikasih pun paling ujung padahal kondisi tamu tidak dalam kondisi rame, kecewanya lagi kita sudah reguler tamu di harmoni tapi sepertinya tidak ada spesial minimal service kepada tamu perbaiki.

In the description there is a bathtub but until there there is no reason the rooms are not all open. there is no confirmation either. WiFi also go round and round. hope it is fixed.

Old but good hotel. Strategic location, close to the center of the crowd in Batam, namely Nagoya and Jodoh.

From check-in to check-out, our stay at hotel harmoni exceeded all expectations. The staff was friendly and efficient, the room was clean and spacious, the fitness facilities were great and the food was awesome!! The wine club bar was also cozy and inviting with a pool table.
