Estadia e atendimento excelente.

This was the perfect stay for us in Sao Paulo, close to Paulista, the metro, and good eats/nightlife. Also a very safe area where we felt comfortable walking around. Staff were quite friendly and attentive. Room was very clean. There is a decently equipped gym as well as a pool and sauna. Breakfast buffet was also great and had a good variety. Only feedback would be in the morning, there was hammering/banging noises coming from elsewhere in the hotel that made it difficult to sleep. Not sure if this is a common occurrence, but would suggest that work take place later in the day.

Reception staff was extremely helpful with printing documents we needed in order to depart Brazil.

Staff was great and I enjoyed my stay near the bars and restaurants.

I didn't like that I could not access my family floor with my key. You must use your key to utilize the elevator but you can only go to your room floor. The toliet seat are horrible. The seat is thin and it hurts your thighs when sitting. Complimentary breakfast was Okay for the most part, but it offered the same hot options every day no variety Wifi worked well. King bed was comfortable. My housekeeper was really nice. Location was busy burger spot, bars, sports bars and shopping all around and a straight walkable shot to Paulista Ave.

O Hotel cumpriu com o esperado em termos de localização e custo benefício, porém as dependências precisam de uma atenção/reforma.

A really good selection of food for breakfast, catering for all tastes. The room was alright, but we had issues with the aircon so were moved to another room. Other than that, all good.

All good. The dog Fernando is a top highlight

Hotel novo, bonito e limpo. Café da manhã bom. Serviço correto. A única crítica é em relação à iluminação de LED no teto do quarto, que permanece brilhando mesmo apagada. Além disso, as paredes são muito finas, o que faz com que se escute a TV do quarto ao lado.

Local muito bom , silencioso com um bom café da manhã.

I liked the room and property. My only complaint is I have bad vision and sometimes when I get out the elevator it’s pitch dark and there’s a delay before light comes on. But I applaud the hotels efforts to conserve energy

Quarto com muito barulho, podia se ouvir claramente a conversa do quarto ao lado. Outro ponto negativo foi a ausência de room service ou um local no próprio hotel para uma refeição rápida
