This value-for-money hotel is worth considering. The rooms are modern, simple, clean and well-looked after. The staff are friendly. (This is also true for other hotels in the chain that I have used). Some potential guests might be put off that it is not located in the centre of the city but there is easy access to buses and the metro and some Carrefour supermarkets a short walk away. The advantage of being away from the city centre is that it is a relative haven of peace at night.

It is what it is. A budget hotel reasonable location to the city and of course parking was a big plus I couldn't believe they couldn't find me a corkscrew The only real downside is breakfast Go to Macca's it is cheaper and better

I love B&B hotels and this one was great, great service. The elevator was out and that was a bit much on the fourth floor. Very good value for the money and within walking distance for me, which I like.

Run away fast!! Receptionist acting like you owe them money here, not a single smile or welcome, ugh!!

The bed was fine. The wooden floor it was good.only gel on the shower.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The snack machines did not work after a while.

Great hotel and a great place to stay in Toulouse outside the noisy city centre and besides a canal which is good to walk and wonder along. Transport links to centre were good. Nice room and clean toilets and a very good and economical breakfast. Overall highly recommended!

Adequate but sadly not nearby to much ! We were hoping it would be with walking distance of shops but had no idea Toulouse was so large Will not stay there again for sometime I’m sure it was my fault but would have been nice to have a little more direction on the Expedia site

Exit from Metro Canal du Midi, taking the exit stairway marked Hotel de Police (police station). Walk up THAT side of Boulevard de l'Embouchure past a pharmacy; B&B is marked up high (lighted sign). Or take Bus 70 from Jeanne d"Arc bus station (across street from Hotel le Clocher de Rodez), get off on 6th stop (Pont de Bearnais), which is soon after the Passarelle Haedens stop.) Canad de Midi metro station is closer than Compans Cafarrelli metro. If you might get there after 9pm (21:00) email them in advance for the passcode to get you in the front door, and into your room, and for your room number.

We arrived at 2.30 very tired after long journey only to be told the room would not be ready for another 2 hrs. No apologies given. Then the room had a double and single bed despite me having specifically booked 3 singles as I was traveling with 2 teenage sons. We were told to get stuffed by the manager who would only sort another single bed if we paid her 70 euro extra. Room itself was as basic as a prison cell. I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

The door lock required a bit of pull or push to lock. When the room above is having a shower, the water drain noise is quite high.

Great location for venturing into the city (minutes from metro station or easy walk into town and along Garonne River) and for getting to the airport for an early AM flight. Front desk was one of the most helpful and friendliest I've encountered (thank you, Angela!) Accessible room was good for elderly parents. Good water pressure in the shower! Overall basic no frills hotel, good value.

Staff were helpful and friendly enough but I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It had a tatty feel, facilities were very basic, to say the least and there were no tea making facilities in the rooms. Tea and coffee were only available through a vending machine in the lobby. My advice to those considering this hotel is to keep looking.
