I gave the hotel 10 points during my trip at the end of July. The staff was friendly, enthusiastic, and gave advice on places to eat and travel. The hotel is located near the beach, 3-5 minutes walk to the beach, with many restaurants and entertainment venues nearby.

Everything is ok. Except for a room of 3 or 4 people, there are only 2 slippers.

Room is exactly as pictured. Relatively clean. There is a mini supermarket nearby. Very close to the beach, convenient for travel.

Value for money. Room - spacious and clean Location - 5 minutes walk to the beach. Slightly far to the city/dragon bridge but taxi is easily available and relatively cheap. Service - Helpful staff (from the breakfast staff to the private car tour we booked) despite the language barrier. The receptionist gave us recommendations on places to eat as well as where to watch the dragon bridge performance.

The hotel has a good location, and it appears to be very nice from the outside. However, when we got to our room, we realized that this hotel is quite old as the furniture, the door, walls or glasses in the bathroom look really old with stains. The mattress was too soft (maybe it is old too) and it didn't support my back at all so I couldn't sleep well. Anyway, the staff was friendly as they smile all the time and were supportive to our questions.

The hotel owner is a fellow Ha Tinh, very enthusiastic. The hotel is clean, if there is a chance to come back.

Good location, just a few minutes walk from the beach. The same is true for bus stops N1 and 12. Spacious room, clean, quite good amenities. Staff are quite welcoming. Bathrooms have bathtubs but do not have lids from bathing. Do not understand what the tub installed to inconvenience. Bad design, cold light not in the picture. The equipment is mostly inexpensive except for electrical appliances. Arranged for a room on the first floor but not at all selected. Overall expensive price compared to quality.
