Hotel, reservation, staff!!! Everything was good my only issues was EXPEDIA, but the hotel staff helped me, Expedia was very useless helping, so all the excellent service to the hotel, for the lack of help that EXPEDIA gave me

The hotel has a very good location. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room and property were clean. We had a small issue with the a/c but it was resolved by moving us right away to a new room. The internet was very slow and had to go out the room to have a better connection, other than that we had a great stay.

Parking was great, and the area is perfect fir tourists

Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. Beds are really comfortable but bathrooms need attention as they seem dated.

La locacion del hotel es my conveniente, es por eso que me he hospedado ahi cada vez que visito la ciudad de Zapaopa. Pero la calidad del servicio ha decaído mucho. El primer dia de mi estadía, no se hizo limpieza en el cuarto y tampoco contaba con toallas para secarse

All rooms are on the second level with no elevator for people with difficulty walking. The internet reception was very poor. The restaurant was not open for breakfast. I would not stay there again.
