A great location and wonderful service. I was very happy with my stay at the Ramada Suites.

City and harbour views, fully equipped apartment, the best staff, 5 minutes walk to restaurants.

Great

This was the 4th time we have stayed here, it keeps getting better every time we come back. The Hotel is in a great location; staff are always friendly. Rooftop bar is awesome. We got to meet the owner, and he was just brilliant to talk too, (not to mention the number of Lollie's he gave to our grandson to keep. Until next time cant wait to stay there again.

Awesone place to stay. Rooftop Bar is amazing and they have happy hour and canapes. No restaurant for lunch and dinner

Great stay

The roof top bar 🍸 was fantastic. Having breakfast/ coffee shop available till 10:30 am was great. Just needed closer restaurants for lunch/ dinner.

Great apartment stay close to city centre. Excellent pool and roof top bar.

Large and very clean property

Based on ratings and price we were really disappointed with the quality of the facilities and room. The location was great but overall the hotel is worn, dirty and the photos don’t really match its current condition

Was in the pool walk out 1bedroom unit. Had everything you needed. Had full size fridge. Nice pool area. There is also a rooftop bar.

I chose Zen over other options that were closer to the waterfront and wasn't disappointed. The comfort of a couch, washer-dryer, and balcony made for a relaxing stay. Everything is within walking distance and ending the day with a cold beverage on the rooftop is the best way to unwind. Will stay here again.

This was a great place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff this included giving me a lift to the Post Office when it was raining heavily. Good parking we had a 8 metre motorhome and could still park for free. Pool was brilliant. A small gym but never busy. Rooftop bar was great, the free food after 3pm was surprisingly good

Nothing to rave about. The frosted glass sliding doors to the bedroom seemed a bit unnecessary and the huge gap under the door to the bathroom reduced the privacy. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were good. The kitchen surfaces and coffee table would have benefited from more thorough cleaning. However, the rooftop bar was excellent. Friendly staff and a good range of drinks plus complimentary snacks. The location was reasonably convenient and with easy walking distance of the centre of town.

Everything was great the only thing a little frustration was the lifts take a long time they need to have another 2 lifts to keep up demands
