Amazing Staff! Amazing stay.. thank you all so much

Tropicana is perfectly located on playa d’en bossa, a short walk from a number of restaurants, bars and clubs. The hotel is super cool, the pool is small but lovely, the rooms are big and the beds comfortable. I would really recommend this hotel to everyone- not to mention, the pool bar is great! Shoutout to Francesco for the outstanding service.

loved this hotel, also visited some of their other hotels for the day, free of charge, so stunning and clean, only issue was there was a bit of confusion around that fact i had paid for the breakfast buffet and they tried to tell me for two days I hadn’t , in the end they confirmed I had pre-paid and let me get breakfast, no vegan option for breakfast either

We booked just a one-night stay here, as it was much closer to the airport than where we had been staying the rest of the week, and it was perfect for that purpose. My only regret is that we didn't have more time here! I admit to having been a little nervous with an "adults only" billing and the vivid color decor. I wondered what I was getting us into! It turned out to be perfectly wonderful! The hotel is as cute as can be with a retro tropical feel. Our room was perfect and had the ability to allow us to cook there with small grocery stores within an easy walk. Many places to eat nearby. The staff was phenomenal, especially Cami! She and the others went out of their way to help us! I was sick (bad cold), and my husband on crutches. They let us check in early, helped us with suitcases from the lot across the street to our room (both ways), and helped us navigate the rather steep entryway (being re-done next year). If there was one drawback, it was that we had to walk to their sister property for breakfast. For most, this less than 5-minute walk would be a breeze, but with crutches for him and back/hip issues for me, this was a "stretch." However, you also get access to the beautiful beachside pool at this sister property, too, so that's a plus. We really liked the pool/bar setting at our own property, though. It felt cozy, more intimate. Best air conditioning on the island and loved the fan over the super comfy bed! Appreciated the toiletries provided! Lots to do near here.

My husband and I took a quick trip to party in Ibiza on our honeymoon and stayed at the Tropicana suites and it couldn't have been better! The hotel itself is so unique and has such a fun vibe. The pool is a beautiful hang out spot and the room was so different & very clean. The location is perfect if you’re there for a short stay to party. You can walk to the beach, the beach clubs, Ushuaia & Hi Ibiza. It's also only ~10 min from the airport. Highly recommend!

Large rooms, with nice amenities. Property looked recently renovated. Was too cold to use the pool facilities but the pool area was well kept and tidy. Would stay here again or any other properties owned by the same group if returning to ibiza

Funky décor, well located, rooms were a good size with nice amenities. Liked the Marshall Bluetooth speaker in the room! Staff were very friendly.

Hotel was great fun to stay in, very colourful. Only downside is the pool is quite small and doesn't get much sun but you can visit their other hotels which have much larger pool areas. Rooms were clean and maintained daily Location was perfect, right on the strip but tucked away from noise Would stay again

All in all the hotel was good value for money. It was very clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small for 3 adults, but was well equipped. One big drawback was the hotel bar, as we were only able to purchase bottled beer which was a bit disappointing as none of us fancied it. The location of the hotel is good, only a 5 minute walk to the beach and roughly the same to the bars. If you're after a clean friendly hotel at a reasonable price in a good location then this will work.

This property was great ! Staff was awesome and the room had everything ! Only upsetting thing was on arrival on day one there were issues with our room and we were put into their Sister hotel. That hotel was not to our liking from not so helpful staff and not the best room . But Tropicana was def an amazing hotel for the rest of the nights

Cute property in a not so great area. The hotel itself is cute and the staff friendly, but the location left a lot to be desired. The proximity to the beach is good but since this hotel lacks a restaurant, you need to travel to eat

Well designed property in decent condition, far enough away from the hustle to provide relaxation and a good nights sleep. The beds are comfortable and the rooms spacious, although all the reviews had maybe set my expectations a little too high. The stars of this hotel are the staff... nothing is too much trouble. First class customer service.

Fantastic modern and trendy hotel with good old fashioned superb service. The Reception staff and maids were all amazingly friendly. Reception were happy to print our flight boarding passes for us. Would love to come back one day.
