Excellent!!!

Everything about the hotel was excellent. Especially the staff and this hotel stays highly recommended. Food was top notch too.location is another bonus.

Beautiful hotel with outstanding staff who go the extra mile to make sure your experience is the best it could be. The room was tastefully done with top notch linens. Every night we found a delicious treat in our room. Breakfast was beautifully presented with lots of variety and Sandra remembered my tea order from the day before. Loved the rooftop bar too. Highly recommend!!!

The room was very comfortable and we slept great! The problem was that it was very small and difficult to “live out of our suitcases“. Not enough closet space to really unpack and didn’t want to for two nights and one and 1/2 days. Lots of attention to customer service like opening the front door every time you came in, however, small things which were requested did not get done and this is why I cannot give it a five

Our second stay at the lovely Hotel Serras. A beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Superb service and thoughtful little touches make things extra special. Bonus - we were able to walk to most things.

Main issue was completely absent water pressure on the morning of September 26th. Also, we expressed a preference for ice in the room daily, but instead were told to call the front desk when we needed. A problem, because the phone in our room did not work. Staff at front desks were helpful and courteous in every instance, including check-in.

The Staff at Serras demonstrated exceptional professionalism. They consistently made efforts to improve our stay, whether it was helping make plans, recommendations on local dining, or an extra cappuccino. We were very impressed.

The entire staff at Serras Barcelona made our stay unforgettable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel at home. A special shout-out to Alex and Pablo at the Front desk, and Ikenna at the restaurant, and to the lady who checked us in on September 3rd (I didn’t catch her name) — your kindness and professionalism stood out. The service was not only professional but genuinely caring, and you can tell the whole team takes pride in creating a wonderful guest experience. Thank you for making our time in Barcelona so special!!

Serras was such a pleasure to visit and use as our base to navigate stunning Barcelona. The hotel is new/fresh and nicely designed and appointed (very nicely appointed!) but the standout is/was the staff…. They could not have been nicer or more helpful from attractions to restaurants to Flamenco recommendations …everything thoughtful helpful and all with a smile and graciousness. Thanks so much!
