When I arrived the front desk clerk was complaining openly about guests asking him for waters. Got in the room there was no shower curtain in the bathroom just a rusty holder I couldn't take a shower, went down to front desk to advise the frint desk lady pointed to some long boxes behind the desk and said, " The new shower curtains are down here". Stated she would get back to me had to take a shower in another room. Will never stay there again. Marriott they make you look terrible!

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. The floor was quiet. Wish there was a parking garage that came with the hotel. I was able to park in front of the hotel 8 pm-8 am parking is free.

The location was perfect for seeing the Capitol building, Corning Tower, and the museum.

The room had no air conditioning, the fridge was broken, there were no windows, and the towel rack fell off the wall. It was not Marriott standard. I request a full refund.

Property is in the process of renovation-badly needed. Location is a plus. Staff is competent, carding, customer focused!

The trespassers following my husband into the hotel and to the elevator to beg when we didn’t have anything. The amount of renovations and the mess in the lobby. The only positive is the fact that it’s close to MVP Arena and it was convenient to reach after our show was done.

It was nice that they (Marriott) was restoring a historic building in downtown Albany. Didn't like the odors of new carpet and paint. Door to room locks did not work properly..staff was a bit grumpy.

I’ve stated before & id gladly do it again, perfect for mvp arena !

Under construction paint, ladders, and various projects started in the lobby and bathrooms out of service.
