Clean room, good location, good value for money

clean room, everything in good condition. no staff present -- access code/key code sent via text message, which worked fine for me (why pay double for a place with a reception desk?). kitchen, dining table, sofa -- in this sense it was more like a small studio apartment, more homey than a typical hotel room. walkable distance from train station, under 20 min... abt 30 min walk to university.

Had my family visiting from New Zealand and i just had to show them Tampere. I lived in Tampere for 3 years, so wanted to go too the likes of Pyyniki and Pispala. Great location, being that its on the outskirts of the centrum. My only critisism or recommendation, would be to have a reception. Mainly for tourists, Tampere is such a beautiful city and i think you could really benefit from that. Great stay overall :)

The stay was comfortable. The location of the apartment was close to central area of the town making sightseeing trips very convenient on foot. Great art gallery close to the apartment. The apartment itself was comfortable and clean. The sauna was an added attraction

The "check-in" consists of getting a key code by email/text at 4p on the arrival date. You use it on the outside door, the elevator and again at your door. Seems very secure. The room door did not have a dead bolt - I think that is needed for security. The building, corridors, elevators and rooms were very clean and new looking. The room was spacious, but warm and we had to leave a window open. We really liked the concept and the execution in Tampere. Tampere is small and the suite was within walking distance to the center.

We had a two bedroom apartment for our family for 4 nights. There was plenty of room and the extra space of a glass enclosed balcony area added to this. The kids enjoyed having there own space as their bedroom had a sliding door. The bunk beds were built into the walls of the room instead of being free standing. Kitchen space was ample and well stocked with all the accessories we needed for the small amount of cooking we did, and all of the cutlery and crockery was good quality. There was a separate WC and basin room, Shower room and basin, and a sauna.

The apartment is modern and spacious. There's everything you need in the kitchen. I really liked the undergraund parking, where yu can get directry from the elevator. The locqrion is also great.

Hyvällä paikalla, lähellä Tampereen keskustaa. Siisti huoneisto. Amurin kahvila ihan lähellä aamupalaa varten ja auki klo 8 myös su. Erinomainen ja edullinen vaihtoehto perheille ja vähän useammalle henkilölle yhdessä.

Tanssipaikka Hepokatti lähellä. Majoitus valikoitui sen mukaan. Olen tyytyväinen majoitukseen. Tulen varmaan toistekin. Kiitos kaikille.

Hyvä asunto keskeisellä paikalla.

Tarpeeseemme hyvä majapaikka, ei suurempaa valittamista; siisteys ok, plussaa oli kaapista löytynyt tuuletin huoneiden viilennykseen lämpimällä kelillä.

Sijainti erinomainen ja oli rauhallista. Huoneessa oli paha haju kun saavuimme. Tuulettamalla haju hälveni. Siivous ei ihan ensiluokkaista. Muuten huoneisto oli kiva, erillinen makuutila liukuovien takana. Löytyi jääkaappi pakastelokerolla. Astian ja pyykinpesukonekin oli, niille ei tosin yhden yön vierailulla käyttöä ollut. Ovikoodi ei tullut klo 16 vaan jouduin soittamaan asiakaspalveluun. Sen tulo viivästyi, kun huonetta ei oltu saatu siivottua klo 16 mennessä.

Positiivinen yllätys.

Kun menimme sisään, huoneessa oli omituinen haju mitä emme tunnistaneet. Hieman epäsiisteyttä pinnoissa ja lattialla pölyä. Suihkutilan lattiaa tuskin harjattu ties milloin, sillä oli tahmainen jaloille. Kaukosäädin tahmainen myös.

Vahva ääni tälle paikalle

Huoneiston sauna oli rikki. Emme saaneet vastaavaa huoneistoa tilalle. Piti saada Luxus huone tilalle ilman saunaa. Se oli koppi pelkällä sängyllä. Ei huoneisto,ei parveketa,ei sohvaa....Lähdimme kotiin jo yhden yön jälkeen. Ei voi suositella ongelmia kohdatessa forenomia....

Siisti huoneisto rauhallisella alueella. Varaussysteemi hieman kankea. Piti ottaa hek.koht yhteyttä kun väärää tietoa esittelysivulla. Sauna plussaa, peruspesuaineiden puuttuminen miinus.

Viisi aikuista majoittuu erinomaisesti! Loppukesästä asunto lämpeää parvekkeen ja ikkunoiden ollessa kiinni todella nopeasti ja yöllä oli jopa kuuma. Sauna todella hyvä. Asunto oli siisti, wc:ssä ollut viemärin haju helpotti tuulettamalla.

Erinomainen huoneisto, todella iso parveke. Myös sauna. Sijainti sopivan kävelyn päässä keskustorilta. Neljän tunnin kiekkoparkki (8-18) aivan vieressä.

Vietettiin 3 yötä. Aurinko paistaa asuntoon päivät ja lämmittää asunnon tukalaksi, satuttiin hellepäiville ja yli 30 sisällä lämmintä myös yöllä.kesällä miettisin toista majoitusvaihtoehtoa. Ei ilmastointia. Tyynyt erittäin huonot ja epäsiistit. Astioita vähän. Siivouksen jälki huonoa. (Edellisen vieraan ruoka jäämiä astioissa ja imurointi huolimatonta)
