Great clean room, hot shower, comfy bed and breakfast included.

No hot water rude staff breakfast horrible Said I stained a sheet made me pay for it but would not provide it to me.

Everything was ok!

The only positive items were the ocean view and breakfast. Room was dusty and smelly. No hand towels, no coffee cups, no glasses, dusty shelves, dirty scratched up floors, pool was cloudy and unswimmable. If we were not exhausted we would’ve gone somewhere else

Hotel is at very end of the beach so is not a very convenient location however it was blissfully quiet to sleep. Reception and room staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean although a little dated. Bed was comfortable but mattress felt worn. And bed sheets were a little worn too. Great for a one night stay or for a budget stay.

We were unable to access the hotel. The streets were flooded. It would have been nice to have received a warning. All the response when I called, when we were stuck on a one way street, was "even taxis wont come thru "

I asked for my room to be cleaned, dirty bed sheets, I asked for it to be sprayed I woke up with bites everywhere. No one could because they were too busy cleaning other rooms. They would take my towels and not return them till they washed the towels they took.

Beautiful view from the room. Very comfortable accommodations. The restaurant off the hotel lobby was just ok not somewhere I’d go back to. Really a quiet area of town but great walking and taxis were affordable as well.

The room was just fine. Service was mostly fine but there were a few times we called down to the front desk and were immediately put on hold before anyone answered. We assumed they were busy so walked down to the lobby to find out it was empty no one there. When we asked why no one was answering and we were put on hold each time they had no answer at all just looked at us like we are crazy. The other disappointing thing it says and shows a very nice swimming pool area. We checked in and find out its all closed and wont be open the whole week we were there. Lastly there is no workout area as it stated in the amenties. Was not expecting a full gym but maybe just a nice clean outdoor area designated for people that want to exercise. If the front desk service was better and pool open I would give better ratings. The one person there that was great the whole time was Freddy. He did a good job and seemed to care about his work.

I was asked every day if I wanted the room cleaned, I always said yes, but the room was only cleaned once in 5 days. 2 day the electricity went out and had to sleep with no AC

Nice room and very clean. Exceeded my expectations. I was expecting a better pool, but its ok.
