Easy to check in, clean room and good location

I stayed 3 night and was very happy with the room. It was clean, well maintained and supplied - even had USB ports to recharge phone or tablet.

Our room was very clean, comfortable, with modern facilities and easy access, loved the idea of door code access didn't have to worry about loosing keys I highly recommended

The room was ok. Photos show we would have a kitchenette - we didn’t have one. Beds were ok. Cutlery and bowls in drawer were dirty. Stay was ok

Room was clean, but curtains hanging off the rail, couldn't close them blind wouldn't go up , room dark ,besides that was ok

Our second time staying here; it’s easy, super clean gas everything we need and very affordable. The lake across the road is a lovely walk. A bit out of town but we were self catering (and this was easy to do)

Clean room

Room was clean - waterpipes terribly noisy when neighbours were taking a shower. Basin in bathroom very small - struggled to fill kettle and waterbottles Location 100% - walked around lake and was quiet at night after everybody had a shower. Good value for budget accomodation

Good place,

Layout of the room was good. Bed comfortable. Whatever they used to clean the floors, left a sticky dark residue. This meant we needed to wear shoes or socks to avoid our feet sticking and getting discoloured . The shower floor was very slippery. Check in staff not on site when I arrived, so had to call for them to come and let me in. Nice location but not sure if I’d stay again.

Nice quiet area, easy to access. Great communication. Shower curtain not long enough - water flooded bathroom floor every time shower was used. Great that the room was serviced while we were there but bathroom and shower floor were both slippery after cleaning - not great for someone who is recovering from an ACL injury

This was the most confusing place to turn up to as there really isn’t a reception and staff gave me a phone to speak to an english speaking person. From the look outside i was glad i booked the deluxe spa suite. Renovated bathroom not quite done right but served its purpose. Takes about 10 minutes to open the front door as someone hasn’t put the door in correctly. Bonus’s were comfy bed, usb ports near bed and smart TV. We liked our stay but very unusual things about the whole place.

The view of the lake from our room was wonderful. The room was spacious and the bathroom was upgraded so was fantastic.

Great place to stay

Wasn't too bad for the money. Basic. Relatively clean, besides the dishes which were definitely dirty. Heater took forever to warm up. Bathroom was freezing cold, with breeze coming through the window. Sink was too small to fit the kettle under. Rotten bits of window sill. Fridge wasn't on when we got there and smelt (distinct lack of power points as you could only plug in microwave OR kettle, not both). One globe missing from an over bed light. Still, you don't expect much for such a low price. Customer service was friendly on arrival.

What an absolute gem. At a lower priced hotel, i was delighted with my stay. Fresh smelling room. Clean linen. Shower/hair products supplied. Coffee and tea supplied. Milk in fridge supplied. Some sweet biscuits supplied. Easy booking in. Would definitely recommend.
