Low on maintenance. Water came dirty on the first day. Shower heads not cleaned water splashing all over in the bathroom. Location is aloof.

Broken sink and tap. Mold in bathroom shower. Toilet flush not working didn’t even bother to fix. Interior needs heavy maintenance. outside facade is all you get for the price interiors are dated. They charge you for every little thing such as requesting ice. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this place.

Property was nice but far from all sights. Very inconvenient. Nowhere to walk or enjoy close by. Everything is about 45 minutes to an hour by car. I felt like this was misrepresented by both the hotel and Expedia.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank Mr Nitin for his excellent support. I would definitely recommend this. Room facilities are good. Food is tasty. I also used the fitness center and all equipment were operational and in good condition.

very dirty hotel, full of mosquito, poor breakfast they serve old bad food. service is pathetic. Not rate even 1 star rating.

Nice chic hotel in east Delhi. Decor is bit off and staff can be more polite.

Nice quiet and cozy place....away from the main roads and noise pollution. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Food was also good. Special thanks to Mani at front desk for his help and care.

It was good

The room was in the loacation we wanted, the staff were excellent and helpful and overall the hotel was really nice. The only complaint we had was that as it was January and it was very cold. the room was freezing and there was not heating we were provided with a small electrical heater which was not good enough for the room to warm up. This wasn’t what I’d expect from a 4star hotel. We needed a sleep of comfort as we were very busy during the day. I would stay here again only when it’s hot in India

Water in the shower was luke warm at best not hot. The room was humid so all the bed sheets and pillows seemed moist was disgusting the room and washroom was dirty. Would never come back or recommend this to anyone it’s a disgrace to the raddison name

Stayed at Park Inn for 2 days. Hotel was comfortable with very well maintained staff. Breakfast was amazing. A big shout out to hotel front desk staff - Akash, who went extra mile couple of times for the guest. We were planning for a trip to Mathura from Delhi and he helped us with his local knowledge and connections at Mathura. Thanks Akash!
