Hotel was excellent all around and Breakfast was good standard for included breakfast.

Was mostly a pleasant stay. The two main DISSATISFACTORY issues are: 1) We were charged an incidental fee upfront, when we intended and used NO INCIDENTALS!! Expedia quoted a grand total of $655.76, and yet the hotel charged us $700.00. Why? The TOTAL FEE QUOTED SHOULD BE THE TOTAL FEE CHARGED! This is a dishonest and presumptuous business practice!! Now, we have to wait for The Marriott Townplace Suites Belleville to reimburse us? UNFAIR! 2) All the pillows were extremely lumpy! It was like trying to sleep on a bag of baseballs.

We’ve been to this location ever since it opened. We love this hotel and the location is very convenient. Rooms are always clean and the staff are always friendly. Near to shopping centre and restaurants and next to a casino. Love Marriott.

This was probably one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at around the world. Great staff and fully equipped room with a kitchen & full sized fridge with tons of closet space. Pretty much a studio apartment. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town!

Booked a room with king bed and sofa bed for 2 travelers. Sofa bed was not a pull out sofa but a cheap sofa that unfolded and you needed to place the provided mattress topper and sheets on it. The mattress topper did not make the hard board comfortable. Bathroom is dated. Really overpriced for what you get.

Issue reported during our stay. Did not receive any feedback from the staff and while we followed up with the front desk, we were told that staff tried to contact us during the day by calling our room. I hope this property does not expect its guests to stay in the room all day long.

We had a comfortable 1 night stay for our visit to the sandbanks. The hotel check in and check out was quick and smooth. They had a crib ready for us in the room as we had requested one. Our children enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. Having a fridge and stove was so helpful. Clean and comfortable stay for families with young kids. Thank you! :)

My overall stay was good and the staff was very helpful. I would request the hotel to provide guests with basic toiletries in the rooms like toothbrush, paste, water bottles, etc.

Clean, family friendly and good service.
