Great retreat, helpful staff, everyone did a great job despite of the high occupancy of the hotel during our stay. The breakfast buffet was great, special thanks to the patisserie chef for the great taste and wide variety. Dinner Buffet was great too, but the hotel needs to include basic drinks to the buffet, at least water should be added. Perfect clean large pool. Do not get a pool view room if you will feel discomfort from the music at the pool and wedding venues at night. Special thanks to Mr. Karim for actively solving any issues.

Perfect

Stayed 1 night at the Hilton Kings Ranch, on a business trip to Alexandria. Great standards maintained all across. Nice and comfortable room, great gym, choice of restaurants. I was unable to make use of the array of other facilities, but i am sure this is a great stay for a weekend or more to relax and unwind. Excellent staff and front desk, professional and friendly. Special mention of Rawa for a smooth and efficient checkout, and conceirge Gamal for a courteous service. When i return to Alexandria, this will be my first choice for the stay.

Unfortunately, my stay at the hotel was not pleasant. The air conditioning was extremely loud, and the filters were dirty, causing a bad smell in the room. I had to keep the balcony door open all night just to get some fresh air, even though it was noisy outside. Additionally, the pillows were not clean, and I had to wait for almost an hour to get fresh ones. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

To my surprise . I had to pay more than the price listed To get the room that I already chose on Expedia and payed in advance it was too stressful They try to extract as much money they can Eating was not fun at all Limited amounts . they serve you so you have to be in line to get your food . no juice You have to pay extra for juice I was really surprised and disappointed

I stayed there for three days. The housekeeper cleaned every day, but paint dust kept falling from the ceiling. No hot water came out, only lukewarm water.

Convenient to industrial area

Great stay. Just wish it was a lot closer to the Alexandria Library that we were interested in seeing. On the flip side, it is an ideal location for commute back to Cairo.

Everything was fine

Great place to stay, staff very professional and attentive to guests needs. Highly recommended

excellent staff we have received with nice smile and every one would like to help, also very quick response to an issue we raised. Large Varity of food on the breakfast meet every individual wish. The rooms are clean with nice smell. Parking was convenient at cost. Did not like the additional cost every time you go out and in again during the stay.

Room was spacious but it was badly ventilated with bad smell. Breakfast was good Close to borog Alarb Airport.
