Property was modern with an impressive lobby, good options for the included breakfast buffet, and onsite gym. The outdoor pool was closed due to rain the whole week prior to our stay. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a large rain shower. I loved the patio looking out into the jungle. Our stay was during their slow season in early winter, so we had cooler but sunny weather without having to deal with mosquitoes. Would recommend!

Excellent hotel, great facilities, diverse menu in on-site restaurant, very friendly and helpful staff. Only minor downside was that it was off the main highway, a ten minute walk, but many Ubers available.

Breakfast was great, a good variety of options. Room was clean and modern with all amenities. Appreciated that it is off season but pool could have been cleaner so we did not use it. Staff were helpful and considered. We liked the wine tasting each night!

While the room was large & had 3 separate beds to meet our needs, it had a horrible musty mold smell. The white sheets & towels were a yellow stint & should have been thrown out a long time ago. The tea kettle to warm water would also not work. As for the bathroom area; the sink ONLY had hot high pressure water & the bidet didn’t work. The Breakfast was a nice spread, but a lot of pastry goods. The eggs /meat / vegetables were cold; disappointing because they tasted good. The Front Desk & Breakfast staff were very pleasant. The Car Service with staff personnel needs to improve communication as driver never arrived at communicated time on 2 separate occasions.

After a two-hour journey, as you drive through the forest road, the hotel appears like a shining pearl tucked away in the jungle. We arrived a few hours before the official check-in time, but the friendly reception team had our room ready within minutes. ​As soon as we entered, a refreshing fragrance filled the air, giving a sense of pure freshness. The view of the lush forest and the pool from our room was breathtaking. Everything was spotless, the temperature was perfect, and the amenities were top-notch. I also highly recommend the massage services—truly professional and revitalizing! With its great breakfast and proximity to major tourist spots, this hotel is a perfect choice. A wonderful stay!

The hotel is in a lovely location handy for visiting the falls and getting to and from the airport. Breakfast was very nice and provided a good variety of food. We had an evening meal each night and the food was very good. The hotel could do with a refresh, but it was clean and the staff were most helpful.

Room was overlooking a forest as advertised. Staff was nice and helpful. Dinner at restaurant was nice, nothing exceptional. On the first night we noticed some flying bugs in our room and a spider in the bathroom the size of my fist on the ceiling. We notified the staff and they promptly sent someone to grab it and throw it out. I guess this was expected because we are right next to the forest. It seems Ubers are not exactly allowed to come to the hotel property, but they do operate in the city so you have to book a taxi through the hotel all the time.

A fantastic stay, great pool in beautiful surroundings - wonderful bar staff at the pool who were friendly and made great cocktails. The meal in the restaurant was fantastic also. Particular thanks to Sergio and Roberto who provided all transportation logistics with friendly and seamless service!! We will be back!

We felt the staff could have been more helpful at check-in.

Front desk clerk provided suspect info saying Uber was poorly served in the area but we witnessed other patrons used it fine for half the price of the taxi the hotel recommended. We were also told the water was safe to drink because it comes from underground aquifers but the whole city apparently drinks processed river water. Then they wanted $5.00 for a .10 cent 500ml water bottle that foreigners like us need to drink to stay safe. When we ask how far to get water at the store the same front desk guy said several km’s but we soon found a gas station just at the end of the road selling 2 litre large bottles for $3. And god knows you’ll drink a lot due to the heat. We saved about $35 just on water. As for the restaurant the food is bland if you order steak you get a slab of meat on the plate with no seasoning or sauce and little sides but we’ve found that everywhere in Argentina. We On the bright side the hotel is good, clean and has a great pool in a somewhat secluded area So I would still recommend the hotel. If you’re going to the falls use Uber and you’ll save more money and stop at a store or gas station and bring your own water.
