The field view suite is the reason why I book here, the room is clean and the food and service are not worth the money, just entered the parking lot to talk about lack of ownership, there is no bellman to assist with luggage for guests

The staff attitude was the worst, the receptionist friend. My family went with 10 people without luggage support staff to check in, and there was no staff to take them to the room, but just standing in the lobby with only elbow in general is very bad.

Quiet, clean, spacious rooms, high-class facilities. enthusiastic, happy staff. Delicious food, plentiful

The space is beautiful, the staff are not very professional, they are not enthusiastic about the guests during the reception or guidance

Mai Chau Ecolodge is a great base from which to explore this vibrant city. Contraindications for those who enjoy the excitement.

There was a little bit smell in the room and the WC was not as clean as I expected.

Still have mosquitoes so we could not sit out side at the balcony. Even though we will come back this very beautiful place

The place is nice and convenient. service is very good however meal is not served with local famous food. it is better to go outside for meal to experience the specialities of the town

The road to the hotel is hard to find. Have breakfast at the hotel, too expensive. Also normal, not too excellent.

Family days at the resort, the weather is quite hot so do not go to see all. However impressed quite good room, spacious, clean. Staff enthusiastic, thoughtful. I will return to the resort in the future

Good place for relax, enjoy the local cultural

Location is great for relaxation. Better if there is a free shuttle for guests.
