The check-in staff were courteous. Room was clean. Overall, the property appears to be in decline. It could use an update. The hotel isn't within walking distance of other restaurants, so we ate dinner here. I can't even rate the restaurant; it was awful. The wait staff has just given up completely. A breakfast buffet was included, so we tried it again. It looked so bad, the only thing I ate was toast. Once again, the wait staff made it even worse. They just don't care.

Bit of humidity in the room

The staff was friendly and helpful. Pool is one of my favorites clean with a swim up bar. Good breakfast buffet. I was there for a graduation ceremony, a good facility for that as well.

El mejor hotel del área de Santiago. Ubicación conveniente y muy amplio. Siempre me hospedo ahí ya que tienen cargador para vehiculos eléctricos.
