Clean, good value.

Even though is not luxury hotel it has many riches. The view is stunning and the terrace will leave you speechless. So close to the downtown area a small walk to city center. My third stay here!!! And it won’t be my last

I enjoy boutique hotels and old buildings restored and this one was astonishingly beautifully restored. It was not necessary spacious but well distributed

Excellent location! The room was clean, there were a few ants but it wasn’t too bothersome. A few cons; It took a long time to get hot water for the shower. The shower is pretty narrow specially since the shower rod/curtain was too close. The shower head pressure was really low. It looked like some of the holes of the shower head were closed up. Needs some work. Overall it was an excellent stay, staff were super friendly and local people were super helpful and accommodating. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location

We were made very welcome for our two night stay at Hotel Los Arcos. Its situation so close to the Zocalo and all it's diá de Muertos festivities made for a very vibrant and exciting weekend. Our room - 11 - a junior suite - exceeded our expectations, having the second bed on an upper mezzanine, which was perfect for our adult son. Everything was clean and neatly presented, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Communal areas were clean, attractive and comfortable, and everyone should make a trip up to the rooftop terrace, which has amazing views across Taxco. The reception staff were most helpful. We would very happily stay there again.

A historic property positioned central to attractions and wonderful staff. They also feed the stray perros of Taxco so if you're a dog lover, support these good people.

The staff was very friendly. The room was reasonably priced. The room was big enough. The bathroom was small, BUT it had all the necessary items. The fan was of great use because Taxco is stuffy/humid. Thank you for welcoming us to Taxco. I will recommend the hotel to family and friends.

Excellent location and a very friendly staff.

Love agriculture look, but I would have liked for it to be better taken care of inside the hotel. I did find some roaches in room. The room can also use some cultural decoration and cleaner look to it.

Great stay. Only drawbacks is traffic in street till 10pm or so and the hot water takes a while to come out. But it did not affect my stay..
