Big parking lot which would be helpful for larger vehicles or towing something; 15 minute walk to a beach and the WOW bike trail but what really impressed me most was the staff. Super helpful with directions for things in the area

Clean comfortable beds great location for the pavilion!

The bed was womp womp-pool icy cold even for summer

Coffee maker had mold it , brought it to the front desk and they did nothing about it

Staff was nice and very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.

The shower was nice, the breakfast space was a little too small. It was hard to get your plate and be out of the way. The shower curtain was too short so there was a puddle when you were done showering.

Holes in the wall. Toothpaste splatter in the bathroom, no toilet paper. Staff doing VERY noisy grinding in the hall while we were trying to get some rest prior to an event we were going to that evening. Called the front desk and they said they would handle it and they didn't. Not worth the price to stay here.

Overall, we were happy with our stay. Our room and the property itself was clean. Aside from the person who checked us in every other person we interacted with for staff was great. Person who checked us in didn’t even acknowledge us with the hello or a smile, simply said license and credit card when we were checking in and used that information to confirm my name on the reservation. Assuming she must’ve just been having a bad day. While the TV in our room did work, the screen was pixelated no matter what channel we had it on. Fortunately, we didn’t have a whole lot of time in the room where TV was a priority. While I am mentioning a couple of opportunities, it did not affect my overall stay and I would definitely stay here again just because of the hotels cleanliness.

Room was very dirty

We had a really bad experience, there was a drank guest in the hotel the scream and cry till 1:00am it was a crazy, but the front desk didn’t do anything about it .

The room and the bathroom is very dirty. A lot of hair on the floor and inside the tub too. All the furniture is dirty too
