All good little noise from outside but nothing serious

Overall it was good for the price. The bad things. The air conditioning was not working on the room, a technician come and check it, and notify there was no solution. After some hesitations, he reluctantly offer a second room, and the air worked on this one properly. The towels were in really bad shape. The hotel need to renew the towels desperately, they are rotten and old. The breakfast was ok. Overall, it was a good solution, but I would not go back again, considering other options in the city.

The carpet it was very dirty

Considering the cost, overall it was great. The one thing that was inconsistent, that I really needed, was the wifi service. It was very slow, and much of the time was spent 'buffering'. As I only stayed overnight, it wasn't a life or death issue, but it would have been nice.

I had to change rooms, the first one had a non-working air conditioning and the toilet did not flush. The second room’s air conditioning leaked water onto the floor every 2 hours. The hotel is located right bext to a bar/night club and the noise reaches the rooms.

Hotel is not on their best location, if You don't get there by the main road, forget to get in to the back streets, very creepy. Overall, rooms have good beds, clean and comfy, bathroom has an old style or cheap sink, water temps is all good, towels are good, stayed for 2 night an on the second day they did not supply floor towel. Breakfast is VERY CHEAP, they offer some variety, but if You are offering Waffles, they should be hot or warm, and offer butter, NO BUTTER THIS TIME, and the waffles where stone cold, Just one kind of fruit, yogurt, and NO Granola... Very Cheap. Elevators where dirty, and outside trash cans full of empty can beers and bottles.

Recepción y personal en general muy amables, el problema es que parece que por reservar en Expedia nos dieron unos de los peores cuartos, al entrar por primera vez el cuarto olía a guardado y al asomarnos al baño, en la regadera había cabello y se supone que deben limpiar al 100 el cuarto, la cortina de la regadera se veía ya muy amarilla/cafe y la vdd nos dio asco, lo bueno es que solo nos quedamos una noche y como veníamos ya muy cansados de la carretera ya no quisimos quejarnos, espero lo mejoren

This is a modestly priced hotel and exactly what was offered and what was expected. And for the price they accepted animals. YAY!!! The stay couldn't be better but it also isn't comparable to luxury hotel.

En general todo excelente! Me encantaron las almohadas!! El desayuno Buffett muy rico y los horarios extensos. El hotel no tiene restaurante y los que estan cerca cierran temprano, quedan muy pocas opciones que tengan entrega al hotel. Y algo que odie fue el sistema de la llave del lavabo, terminas mojado siempre.

Bad service of lobby hotel staff very bad gym and elevators they need services

It was a very pleasant experience, room was very clean and comfortable. Good service during breakfast.

Service at check-in was very slow. The young woman at the front desk seemed bewildered as she stared into her computer screen. Finally, after a few minutes, she found my reservation. Then, she corrected the room number right before entering the elevator. The hotel needs better trained staff at the front desk. I did like the cleanliness of the hotel and its location adjacent to the wonderful Mercado Santiago with many good food options.

Overall Good but over the orice vs the service and favilities

We stayed 2 nights for business and found the hotel very nice for the price. Not always sure what you might get, but we were pleasantly surprised. Breakfast buffet was decent with a good selection of items. The staff was attentive and professional. Would stay again!
