Great hotel in Sayula!!

Gran Casa Sayula was an excellent quiet place to recharge energy and close to Downtown and all the shops and activities.

It's centralized, walking distance from stores. Small parking.

The Staff is amazing the rooms are very cleaned. Is also with in walking distance from everything around down town Sayula.

El muchacho que nos atendió en recepción el día que llegamos pésimo servicio nos brindó no nos quiso ayudar ni con las maletas.

Property itself because of its over 200 yrs old is maintained but certain accommodations could be updated. Bed mattresses are hard and pillows too. Not enough toiletries. Our stay was overall ok.

the restaurant closes early on Sundays and they were not a lot of options. when it came to variation of food

Great location centrally located near everything and restarants . There is also breakfast buffet available in the mornings .. You even get 2 bottles of water in your room everyday. Make sure to ask for soft pillows. The maids are very nice and friendly ! I will come back to this Hotel!

Colonial style. Very relaxing. Nice staff. Beatiful barroco paintings

The property is small but with a lot of charm. Room was simple and functional. Shower had amazing water pressure, a little too rough on the baby but we were able to adjust it. A/C unit worked very well thank god because we went during the major heat wave Mx had. The only complaint would be the pool water was not clean. Would stay here again.

Very clean and well maintained. Parking was convenient and secure. The restaurant food and service was excellent, The hotel was close to the shopping area. Overall, we had a great experience.

the air conditioning machine was noisy, there was no hair shampoo and dust on the headboards of the bed, to be a place of rest and spa it needs to pay more attention
