Stay here many times because the location is strategic and the room price is economical. The staffs were good and friendly, the room was comfy.

Good, nice, clean, and close to any access

Overall, everything is perfect, especially the staff—from reception to security. Everyone is really friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The only thing that needs more attention is the bathroom. The trash bin is rusty, the floor has started to change color, and the shower head is not very clean. However, this is only my feedback, and I still have great respect for the entire team at Fave Hotel Jababeka.

Strategic location, there's a pool, but I don't know if it's suitable for children. We didn't swim. The staff is friendly, the room has amenities, an empty kettle, and 2 glasses. There's no tea or coffee or welcome drinks like bottled mineral water. If you want a drink, fill the kettle in the hallway with a dispenser. There's a lot of food, but the taste is just so-so. I stayed here just for a layover after my trip home. So, it was really just to rest because I was tired from the trip.

I've never been disappointed staying here, close to the city center. Finding food is easy and there are plenty of options.

It's adequate for the 300-something price. There's a lot of room for improvement. The staff and security are good.

When I checked in at room 718, the room was very hot and also the AC remote had no batteries and also the 3 in 1 shower gel in the toilet was missing, which is why I finally gave up at half past 10 to move to the 220 smoking room, finally I felt the room was cold but the soap had not been refilled which I had to request again. Next, maybe for the readiness of the room before someone checked in, it was paid attention to in detail, for the bed too, it was a bit rickety, for the food it was really okay, there were various kinds like soto, chicken and green bean porridge, eggs, market snacks like fried foods, especially the pudding + lava, it was really delicious, but for breakfast hmmm the side dishes were a bit limited, maybe the room needs to be improved again.

Okay, you can get a cheap price with decent facilities.

Impressive, clean and friendly, hot and cold drinking water available

The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel is pleasant, and it's clean. There's a floor of the hotel that seems to be unused for rooms. It's also conveniently located near McDonald's. The card-lock door is a bit difficult to detect, and it might need some work.
