We had a few issues with the room- no hot water in the morning, unable to turn off one of bedside lights other than by taking out the bulb, faulty coffee machine. However what was much more important to us was the prompt and efficient way in which the manager dealt with our problems. Five stars for that!

The rooms were clean and easily fit my family of 5. The breakfast was phenomenal!

Comfortable bed. Reasonable breakfast. Staff a bit ditsy but got there eventually.

We had a great time staff were brilliant food was lovely and great entertainment we have stayed a few times and will definitely be back .

I can’t praise the staff enough. Ambassadors for their hotel, town and Ireland. Just nice, kind and local people. Rooms are functional and adequate. Parking is tight but it’s free and secure so no complaints.

Road noise was the only issue we were in 410 apart from that very good.

I would like to make a complaint regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Upon arrival, I asked a member of staff what time parking enforcement on the road outside began, as I was concerned about my car being clamped. I was told that clamping started at 9:00 a.m. However, at no point was I informed that there was no underground or alternative hotel parking available. This information would have been very helpful when planning my stay. I was also disappointed with the room itself. The room was very small and, despite the warm weather, there was no air conditioning available. This made the room uncomfortable during my stay. In addition, I ordered room service and was only informed about the €5 room service charge after placing my order. I believe this charge should have been clearly communicated before the order was taken. There were also a number of issues with my food and drink order. When my order arrived, butter was missing. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it added to an already disappointing experience. Later, I requested ice but was given water instead. My partner then went down to collect ice personally, believing this would be the quickest way to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the service remained confusing and inconsistent. Overall, I found the room clean and had no issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. The Newgrange is a grand old hotel with nooks and crannies around every corner. The location is very central and we enjoyed all of our meals there.

It was the loudest place we ever stayed. They should have notified us that they had a disco night and a karaoke night that lasted until midnight. We were told by the front desk that it would last until 10 , we called the front desk at 10:10 and she said it would go until 11 . Then I went down at 11:10 and was told it would go until 12!!! After that there were people yelling in the street . Worst night ever.

We enjoyed our family stay at the Newgrange Hotel. The location in Navan was excellent. I arrived well before check-in and they were very accommodating, holding my luggage for me. The staff was very polite, kind and accommodating. The breakfast was excellent - there were many options, eggs (real ones), ham, beans, cereal, bread/toast, juice, fruit and even some gluten free options. The parking was very convenient- free and connected to the hotel. The room and facilities was very clean, the only very very small minor criticism was that the bathroom showed a little wear. But that is not really worth considering another place over. I would gladly stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant too. The only disappointment was breakfast. Everything was overcooked and just kept warm. Mot the best carpark, it was a bit tight,

Excellent clean and well appointed room. Good Food and breakfast. The only grip is the parking. The space is not designed for larger cars and so quite cramped. I wasn’t affected but did see challenging for otherd.

Thomas in the pub was fantastic after the desk clerk was surly. Food was good and the room was nice. Parking is a challenge as it is quite narrow.
