I had a cosy and comfortable single-bed room. The only problem was the poorly installed shower door which led to flooding of the floor.

Great place. Nice staff, and overall a good place. Only negative was the lack of parking spaces near the hotel, but that's a smaller detail. I would love to use this hotel again

The Property is in a good location and the hotel is very clean and the rooms are really nice! Just a small request that it would be nice if there is a door between the rooms in Family Suite for some privacy!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel is next to tram line 11 and a 5 min walk from line 16. The main station is 10-12mins walk which is considerably close but line 11 drops you right in front of the hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. We were really close to a lot of places to go for shopping sightseeing or eating. A few train or tram options all within a 10 minute walk. A safe location.

About 12min walking to the main train station, but on the opposite site of the busy area which is good sleeping. There is a mall closeby. The breakfast is good and the room comfortable.

The hotel is conventionally located by shopping mall, restaurants, and train station. The WiFi was not great on the 6th floor and elevator not working when we arrived. Hotel staff did help carry our bags to the room. Breakfast was good and room was nicely furnished.

The hotel staff were very attentive and friendly, you have Frankfurt's main central in a 10 minute distance. I’ll probably stay here again when I come back to Frankfurt!
