I didn't stay there because it wasn't good.

The bathroom had hair (women's and men's) all over the floor! It wasn't like the picture I saw when I booked~ thought it had a tub😕 The bed was hard! I cleaned the floor and shower myself as it was the last day of my trip to Tunisia and I was tired. I didn't find the Lady at the desk to be very friendly. But the next day after checking out they did let me keep my luggage there while I explored the area one last time! I was grateful got that!!

Quiet,comfortable and very close to the Medina.The staff were very pleasant and agreeable.Would not hesitate to recommend.

The hotel is not clean and very old and the rooms do not have all the requirements for the guest. What is worse is that the hotel street is unsafe and there are many people loitering and trying to scam.

It has a great location and the staff is very nice and helpful.

The personnel is excellent; from the front desk, the cleaning crew and the breakfast staff.

Clean, air conditioned room, lovely breakfast, and friendly and helpful staff who spoke French, Arabic, and English. Close to train, bus, louage, and metro stations.

Location is good walkable to the old Madinah and near shops and restaurant. Staff need to be trained as their communication skills are not that good. They are nice but lack on communication skills. Tea and coffee are provided in the room which is nice but no water!! I asked for the water and the staff told me to buy water! I am wondering why they provide tea and instant coffee!!

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful . The location was near the main shopping area. The hotel was in a very safe location in Tunis.
