La Habitaciòn muy pequeña , no se podia caminar, pero lo peor fue el baño , inodoro muy viejo y no servia, las puertas de baño igual no funiconaban, no habia jabòn de baño

The staff was not friendly. They did not let us check in even forty minutes before the official check-in time. We only needed the room for three hours, and that forty minutes would have been a big help since I had a video call at work. I ended up taking the call in their restaurant, as the lobby just had one couch, which was already taken. There were two desks as well. One was occupied, and they were so close to the reception and distracting.

The Ibis Hotel in Rio De Janeiro has mosquitos in my Hotel room I paid for. I was bitten by mosquitoes many times. The other Ibis Hotel near the Airport also had mosquitos in the Hotel lobby.

Worst breakfast I had in my life. Checkin process was slow and room was very small.

Good property, only downside was there took to long to find that my reservation was already paid for. (Like 25min) Room and bath were perfect.

Poor service from staff who did not want to be there Hotel is a bit tatty with things falling apart! Ran out of food for breakfast by 7.50am Ran out of cutlery and plates.Had to ask for bed sheets and the hall to be vacuumed after 3 days. Air con in one room not working . Bar ran dry. Safe not working X 2 Keys continually needed reprogramming

Great hotel. Quiet at night. Safe location. I highly recommend it. Right across the street from a mall with good food court. I would pre pay your breakfast which was good

Too far from center, the nearest supermarket is 30mins walk away! No bus come back to hotel after midnight ! Taxi are quite expansive!

This is a great hotel, Ibis standard, room was comfortable, breakfast was good, the restaurant at night was above expectations for a hotel restaurant. My only issue with this hotel was that the towels were dirty, stained and had a very bad odor. I complained to the staff and they said a third party washes their towels. Hopefully this gets fixed.

This hotel is convenient due to its proximity to Riocentro (cheap buses run frequently up and down the road) and the olympic park. The rooms are simple but clean and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, there is not much to do in the neighborhood, save for going to the shopping mall across the street. A taxi to the center of Rio or Zona Sul is about 80 Rs. and 45 minutes to 1 hour.

I would like to inform that the above review was for Novotel Olimpico which was just next door to the Ibis Olimpico. When I was at the Ibis Front desk, I was told that my reservation was at Novotel. So I could not review Ibis Olimpico. My husband and I enjoyed our stay and even my colleague and his wife also enjoyed the stay. Thank you very much.

Quarto simples, porém muito bem estruturado com tv, frigobar e ar condicionado. Ideal para quem vai a trabalho ou convenção.
