When you want to check in, the hotel clerk states that our room orders only have breakfast 1 (one) person / room even though we show written vouchers that the stay is 2 (two) people / room and includes breakfast (included) but the hotel clerk still states only applies 1 person / room. after arguing at length finally the hotel stated giving dispensation for breakfast / room. This happened to us last year and at that time we were forced to pay for breakfast for one person, then we claimed to the party online (already replaced).

When checking in it is said that our order is 1 room can only have 1 breakfast, even though there are 2 people in the written voucher including breakfast. After going through a long debate finally given breakfast per room 2 people. This happened to the same hotel last year where we also booked rooms through the application.

The hotel is the best, the price is not so expensive, the service is very good, and the staff are all friendly, the rooms are really clean, and the cleanliness at the hotel is amazing because the hotel is smoke-free or non-smoking.
