Centrally located. Concierge very nice and welcoming. Must take flight of stairs before can take elevator, so be aware when you have luggage. Clean room and was warm on a chilly day. Recommend.

Dirt cheap hotel in the area, you get what you paid for. If you are by yourself and all you need is a place to sleep for a night, I guess that's fine.

Convenient for Paris St Lazare railway station. Nothing other than net curtains in my room so no privacy (admittedly on 4th Floor, but facing offices). Noise from the cobbled road is significant and you’ll need earplugs.

Very bare bone hotel at a good location for shopping. No safe in the room to store things like passport or laptop. Have to leave the key at reception when you leave, and pick it up when you come back. Close to shopping, but if shopping is your thing, probably should pay for a better hotel so that there's a place to store all the things you bought? But for the price comparing to other hotels in the neighbourhood, it's decent.

super convenient, just cross the road to major gare Saint Lazare great restaurants around very helpful staff. when I already checked out the hotel and come back 3 days later to ask for help on airport shuttle, they still willing to provide airport shuttle that is 1/4 price of Uber, highly recommended need to walk up 1 floor to lift, not suggested for big luggage

The check in slighlt long but afterward the night was great. Great rooms and very nice breakfast area. One of the best places to stay in the street when on a budget I would say

It is a simple hotel but, it has everything you need. The room is small but how I was with just a backpack it was ok. The bathroom is good Nd the shower has a lot of hot water. You can listem what happening in the other rooms, but my neighboors were nice and quiet. The breakfast has 4 types of breas and croissants. Its very basic but for 7 euros what could I expected? The location is really good, near by the train station and at Opera Garnier. If I come back to paris, I would saty again in this hotel. It is a good cost benefit, considering the huge prices that we can see in Paris.

Comfortable beds, excellent air-con in a heatwave and very good, modern shower. Shame about the large damp patch on the ceiling and the minute lift. The foyer is unwelcoming and down-at-heel, but the staff charming and helpful.

I'm from the US so was not prepared for the miniature size of everything, and minimal amenities. Staff is friendly enough. The room was clean. A couple of things I didn't like was #1, they won't let you leave the building with your key. #2. The elevator is on the second floor, which they call the first floor. But the location next to a major train station was good.

The wifi was the worst I have ever used. The signal was very poor in my room and disconnected multiple times. I was unable to sleep properly as I could hear the sound of cars on the street. Apparently, I am the 1st person to ever ask for a cloth Iron. The hotel needs a lot of work. The receptionists tried their best to help.

It is obvious that the cleaners spend great care cleaning the hotel , as my room was spotless. The receptionist on the morning of my check out was helpful , assisting with my bag down the stairs - as the lift only starts on the 1st floor. The rooms are also spacious for being Parisian. The only real negative was the walls are extremely thin. I was awoken at 1 in the morning to the sound of my neighbours first of all talking and giggling, and then having extremely noisy, passionate relations with each other - I could hear everything! hence I couldn't get back to sleep for a bit. You might want to take ear plugs :) other than that, it's a good hotel for the money.

There were scaffolding everywhere, very noise work was going on, couldn't sleep. Also breakfast for everyone was served outside our room, so very noisy again. We asked for change of room and got a worse one.

This was the third stay for us at Hotel Dieppe. The hotel has been renovated since our last stay: brightly colored hallways and rooms, new carpeting, newly renovated bathrooms. Reception very pleasant and English speaking. Location is outstanding for access to the Metro (Gare Sainte-Lazare right across the street), to a great dining area in Paris, etc. The rooms are small as one would expect from a building in old Paris, but it contributes to one's experience, a certain ambience in the City of Lights. Breakfast (croissants, juice and coffee) used to be included in the room fee, but there is a charge for it now. We chose to visit one of the many local sidewalk coffee shops, each morning, instead. Room was clean, great shower, hair dryer included, good towels. Walls are quite thin as we discovered when a couple returned late at night and continued their argument next door, until we pounded on the adjoining wall. We accessed the Wi-Fi which was reliable. While this is not a 4 or 5 star hotel, it has a certain charm which compels us to return.

Only stayed for one night as I was passing through Paris. The room wasn't bad, it was spacious enough, but the "elevator" was the smallest elevator I've ever been in! It was literally the size of a small closet. Good luck trying to fit luggage in there with you. It was in a great location right across the train station and flanked by plenty of restaurants. Overall, it's good value for the money.
