Friendly staff amenities excellent and really clean

It is a cute motel with updated facilities! Not super big rooms but perfect for the price and for being on the beach! Courtyard view of the ocean and walk around the drive ramp right next door for beach access

After we checked in we were told that the pool and deck had been damaged from a hurricane and the entire area was closed. In checking into this, we found that the hurricane damage had occured THREE YEARS prior to our stay. This is not acceptable. Had we been told this prior to booking we would not have stayed here. We feel like we deserve some compensation for this inconvenience.

The property was well taken care of, very clean and the staff was great. The access to the beach was easy and the beach was peaceful and not a lot of traffic which was nice compared to other parts of Daytona. We will definitely be returning and staying longer next time!

Our first time staying there overall the experience was good. It’s super outdated. It was hit by a hurricane a few years ago, so the pool is not working. It’s under construction for the last 3 to 4 years overall, we are very happy with our stay other than I wish, the pool was open, but we had a great time with our family. The rooms should get updated.

Easy to find. Easy check in and pleasant staff. Our TV didn't work and with 5-10 minutes we had a brand new TV out of the packaging. Location to the beach is great. The pool is not accessible but the beach is steps away. Definitely going back.

Room was outdated and dirty rugs. Couch sofa bed had dirty sheets stained. Bathroom tub was not working properly however they fixed it same day in a timely manner. It served it's purpose .

The property is under construction for the pool and pool area. No pool was disappointing and not alerted in your expedia showing online. They offered to go "5min away to use another sites pool". Ouch. I'll go back if the pool ever gets rebuilt. I feel duped.

The staff were great to deal with. The woman that cleaned our room daily was awesome & she did a great job. Unfortunately, we were on the 1st floor so bugs easily found their way into the room daily.

The room is clean and ok..outdated for sure... Given a 2 star because I specifically called to see if the pool was open and was told yes… and the pool is not open an under construction😡 I know they told a lot of people it was open ! Because of the Memorial Day weekend they knew nobody would book if the pool was closed!

The pool is under construction so our ocean front room was blocked. The beach access was blocked due to pool construction. I booked the oceanfront room with a view and due to my husband’s disability our room was switched to a downstairs room with a blocked view. It was very inconvenient for my husband to walk around in and out of the beach. He went and talked to the. manager. It was nice of him to give us some credit back. After all, it was a good stay. I’m sure once the pool is completed it will be an excellent hotel.

We loved the sweet kitty (can't remember her name) and that she had her own living quarters. Bummed the pool was under construction during our stay.

Beautiful view of the ocean from the patio outside. Beach is literally less than a minute away. Staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful with getting the stay here setup. Definitely a gem here on the beach.

The property is great but they were working on sea wall repair so view had chain link fence included. Workers and staff were very friendly. I’d return just to see it finished. Room and location were great! Walk right out onto beach.

Reasonable price, quiet location.

The motel is in a great location next to the beach. Access with a view of the ocean. But, it's an old property which is under some renovation fom storm damage and whilst the room was clean, and covered basic needs, It was old and showing its age in some of the room fixtures. Mattress was cheap, hard, and noisy.
