The lobby and the room were clean, then entry ways were full of dirt, trash, leaves, sticks from outside. The manager at the front desk was awesome, but overworked due to staff under her not showing up for work. (24-hour-plus working at the time) The room was nice, the bedding clean, bed comfortable. Spacious. The shower room needed repair and upgrades....evidence of water leakage on the walls and poorly repaired. but the shower was clean!

The place is older and a little rundown. Friendly staff, though. Hallway carpets need cleaning but the room and bathroom were clean. Comfortable and very quiet. Just fine for a night while passing through!

The parking lot had many weeds growing through the many cracks. Paint missing, very dusty, very dated building. Pilowcases were almost like paper, and the beds were awful- we left immediately after check in and viewing the room.

I gave this property a mixed three-star rating because although it had a slightly dingy appearance—chipped paint and tile, older carpets, noisy in-wall A/C unit—our beds were clean and comfy (albeit slightly saggy), the TV worked, and check-in was a breeze. And, most importantly, the price was right. So…we got what we paid for.

Amazing Hotel, but if not checked in by midnight, can't check in or you'd get double charged for 1 night stay.

We ended up moving to a different place. The hallways and elevators were disgusting dirty. Other than new carpet, the room badly needs renovation. The only good thing to say is that the young man at the desk was pleasant to deal with.

The bed was terrible when we got there and I mentioned it on the check in survey and the next morning they called and asked about it and got me a new mattress.. The breakfasts were great and the staff was nice. We enjoyed the rest of the stay!

Check in was easy and the guy at the desk was suoer nice. The room was clean and comfortable all but a gair in the bathtub. The garbage by door 2 was over flowing and the entry smelled of cigarettes. But the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was really good.
