It was clean, spacious , comfortable and accessible .

The owner is responsive to guests needs. But only the bedroom is air conditioned. In the summer when we went it is very uncomfortable. I would suggest that the owner puts a window unit in the living area also. Kitchen had quite a few breakfast items but it was self serve Bedrooms are small. Beds are small. I think just above twin size, I think it's called full. But we have a King at home so it's very cramped for us. We're from Texas and as they say, everything's bigger in Texas!

Everything was close, walkable distance and the service great.

Made a reservation 6 months in advance - called to confirm 1 week in advance - said they would call back but never did.The day we arrived the host acted surprised. She gave us a bigger unit but there was day care in the same unit with kids coming in on both mornings at 8 am. The day care manager even walked in our unit 730 pm when we were watching TV = NO PRIVACY.

Cant sleep at nigth second floor residence walk all night droppings things,heavy traffic by car or walking and loud talking .

Great location. Quaint and quiet. The room was great with adequate entertainment.

TERRIBLE. AVOID. Staid there 2 nights ago with my wife. Hard to find, and when we talked to the lady on her phone to try and find the place and she was very rude. She was not expecting us, even though we had made a reservation the day before. We waited in the dark for her for 40 minutes in a bad part of Brooklyn. We were getting haggled by a guy right outside the gated apartment right before she showed up and I'm not sure what would've happened if she would've taken any longer. We finally got in, and then had to share a bathroom and space with 4 other men. These guys were let in a 2:30 AM by the same lady who let us in at 11 PM. They were terribly loud and kept trying to get into our room because... I don't know, maybe they were exploring or didn't know where their room was. She was with them throughout the night, and I came out a couple times to ask them to keep it down. Anyways, I didn't sleep from 2:30 AM till about 5 AM because they were so loud off and on. You could hear everything they were doing and I think they were smoking weed the whole time around the house while we were there. Extremely unprofessional and terrible place to stay. Also pictures are misleading. The place is not NEARLY that nice. Only nice things I can say: we didn't see any cockroaches, the water was warm and we had to make our own breakfast from what was there, but there was stuff to eat at least which is the only reason I'm not giving this review a 100% terrible review. Just be careful. Not safe.

Loved every aspect of our stay! No complaints! We had some trouble with the wi-fi remaining steady in our bedroom, but it wasn't a dealbreaker as there was TV available and the bed was comfy.

Staff were disorganized but friendly and pleasant. This seems to be a roughly-converted apartment on a unfavorable street. Most of the breakfast items available were nearly or very much expired. I did sleep fine in the air conditioning, with not much street noise, and then went far away to find a coffee shop.

Very good experience the place is clean, neat you can make your own breakfast and it's free, i will go back again

I liked that the property was in a quiet part of town!! Very comfortable neighborhood not far from the L train. In the morning we made ourselves a delicious breakfast of bagel egg ham and cheese

Not close to the airport or shopping and restaurants.

The place is near Subway, very claen. Recommend this hotel becasue it's not expensive and the service was perfect.

This is just an apartment that the owners rents out

Arrived at Delz's was told to call before we get there. I tried calling the numbers that I had for them and no one was answering the phone. I arrived there a couple minutes before the time I thought I was going to get there. I called again and finally got someone to answer the phone. I got reprimanded for not calling. I said I called but no one answered the phone. I was told that I needed to wait for someone to let me into the gate. I waited about 10 minutes and "Gloria" showed up to let us in. There is no front desk. Once inside I looked around, the place is very small with a shared bathroom for 5 people and only had one roll of toilet paper for everyone to use and it was halfway used. There were no Clorox wipes to disinfect the bathroom (had to ask for this). The bathroom ledge had hair on it - bathroom not cleaned. The grout had mold on it. The advertisement says that the refrigerator is fully stock. That is not the case (see pictures). You get frozen bagel, cheap yogurt that you buy on sale for 50 cents. There were only 2 eggs in the egg container and one was broken. There were only 3 single serving orange juice for 5 people. There were a few fruits in the fruit bowl. Also there were dishes in the sink that was left there. Extension cords used for power outlets. If you are looking to stay at a place that provide self serve breakfast this is NOT the place to be because there wasn't enough food for 5 people.
