The hotel staff is friendly and everything is comfortable.

The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. My room is cleaned every day, you will not find it difficult to communicate due to language differences. The location is near Petaling Street so it is convenient to go out or eat, the price is reasonable compared to the service.

Top of the line so far. First time staying, you get what you pay for.

I stayed for 2 nights to participate in the KL marathon, good choice for it, accessible to the LRT, starting points by walking distance of 12-15 mins.

the bed sheets could be improved so they can smell better, room corners are a bit dusty and the hot water didn't work during our stay. but overall , good value for money.

The hotel staff is friendly, and English is not necessary. It's close to Pudu Sentral Terminal, a 5-minute walk, and Alor is a 15-minute walk.

A bit dirty, not clean from the hallway to the bedroom. Poor soundproofing, especially the old facility so the fan is noisy.

Conveniently located near Chinatown (Petaling Street), within walking distance. Grab can be arranged to meet you at the lobby. Each room receives one key card, two elevators, an iron, complimentary face masks, two bottles of drinking water, a toothbrush and toothpaste set, soap (no shampoo), and a hair dryer. Nearby are 7-Eleven and KK (cash only) stores. There is a RM50 deposit, and the hotel accepts only cash*** (I used THB1,000 as a replacement). There is also a RM10 tax per room per night. Luggage storage is available after check-out. Overall, I was impressed. The only complaint was that the refrigerator contained food from previous guests and was not properly cleaned.

Good location, easy mostly flat walking distance to Bukit Bintang area & Pavilion. Good for a short stay.

The hotel building seems old but not spooky, the room is fully furnished with a refrigerator and toiletries, toothbrush, and mineral water, cleanliness is 8/10, the only downside is that there is no proof for storing items, the items are just placed without any identification so there is a concern about their security.
