Was a wonderful stay, clean room!

The stay was good. We have stay here before. Affordable and great lication, the only difference this time no continental breakfast just coffee and tea. But will stay again

If you can avoid this property, do so. Staff will not reimburse payments made even if they cannot find your reservation. Guy at the front desk was incredibly impolite. Avoid if possible.

The whole property should be out of business

Not smelly like other similar price hotel. Very close to Niaggra falls.

Stop the lies…. There was no breakfast, no attendance at all, the curtains were ripped, no double bed sofa as advertised, don’t even go there.

So this booking came with continental breakfast. This place didn’t provide anything. Also very shady practices. When I had called hotel direct they wanted to charge me $250usd for each room. When I told them that is outrageous as the crowned plaza is not even that expensive I asked if there was any way to lower the cost ie aaa or caa and they said they could take $50 per room off for the full breakfast. Which again they did t even give. Ridoculous

The staffs behavior was good,

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. However the walls are very thin and you could hear when other rooms were using their water. Also the room door would rattle every time anyone went thru the outside door down the hall. And the smoking area was right outside out window so we could hear people talking at all hours.

Please DO NOT waste your money here. I checked in and found a baby cockroach in the washroom. I immediately informed the front desk representative and he offered me another room. Another room...in a hotel that has cockroaches..makes zero sense. I declined and requested a refund through expedia. The hotel is refusing to refund me. Who would want to stay in a hotel with roaches, when they can jump into your suitcase and come home with you. Do not stay here...

The lady owner she is very nice.

The rooms are soundproof, comfortable beds and the heating and cooling worked perfectly. There was a variety of breakfast food available. Except nothing whatsoever for a GLUTEN FREE customer. Besides the last observation it was a nice and comfortable place to stay.

We stayed on the 2nd floor and while the room was not too bad, there was no elevator to bring our luggage up the stairs. It made carrying all our suitcases a bit difficult.

The place was 10 minutes driving away from Niagara Fall but the lo ation is not safe location. The owner (the guy) was so rude answering question. The fridge was not working and I asked the owner twice but he said just turn it on. Still didn't work. The shiwer water flow too low and fan wasn't working.
