With the facilities, cleanliness, and comfort available, the hotel price is too expensive. It should be under rm 100. Because many room items need to be upgraded back.

Air-conditioner is not working, receptionist is unfriendly and unhelpful, room smell terrible, bedsheet feels coarse and uncomfortable. It 's a badly maintained hotel. Not recommended.

I was given a room which is air-conditioning rosak, bising 1 hari. Wanted to change room but I'm too tired cause jalan jauh so redha jkla. Anyway thank you.

The counter staff cannot allowed my brother check in even my brother are fully vaccination. I just want to change my name of booking cause I'm not fully vaccine and don't allowed to check in. She saying rude to me while I'm not fully vaccine.
