Room had off putting smell to it. Bathroom smelled like piss. Door lock was very cheap. Overall grossed out.

It was very nice. It was close to a lot of shopping and close to the train station. Parking was onsite. I enjoyed my stay

The room is small but very clean and nice. There is a desk which is plus for me since I work from home. Daily room cleaning is provided along with 2 free bottles of water every day. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have free wifi, a computer for guests to use and faxing services. Most things are within walking distance. Even the bus and train station. There is also a park and an area to walk or sit by the seaside. It was a great experience.

The desk staff were pleasant and helpful. The general condition of the hotel is rundown. The room was tiny, but I expected that. What I didn't expect was that dirty feeling. Sticky carpet. There was a sock from a previous guest on the floor. The mattress was too soft and I was not sure I wanted to sleep under the covers. The unit bathroom was almost too small to move in, let alone bathe in. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable room, although quite small. Front desk staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Several communicated in passable English, although I speak Japanese so it was not an issue. Although I drove, the hotel is in an excellent location, directly across the main road from the Sasebo Train Station.

The customer service as well as custodians were very accommodating.
