The room was comfortable. The staff are friendly and courteous.

My family and I stayed a night at Castillo Bonavia and it was a great experience. The whole place smells amazing, the staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet was delicious ❤️

The sheets were stained on the beds, and bad odor throughout the hotel. Definitely not clean and it's on the side of the main high with truckers all over the place. Definitely a bad choice

Only negative was that there was a tub in the room beside the bed but no shower in the bathroom - making showering somewhat clumsy & difficult.

Large bright room, basic but in good condition plus a very nice shower. Good secure parking and well stocked bar. The only thing that let it down were cold fried eggs at breakfast, otherwise it was a good deal for the price.

When we checked in they gave us a room that smelled like cigarettes and wasn't even cleaned yet. When going to the desk to ask for a new room the lady told us they were completely full and they would clean it right away. She didn't know I can speak Spanish, she called the maid on the phone and told her in Spanish to clean the room and spray a lot of spray to cover up the smell. I told the lady I want a different room or my money back and we would go somewhere else. About 10mins later she found me in the sitting area and magic, they had another room to put me in. The new room was clean and ready but the perfume smell was overpowering and gave me a headache. Wouldn't stay again

Perfect for an overnight stay before ferry

We've stayed here many times, at least once a year, sometimes as many as 3 times. Our first stay was in 2005 when it was first open. For us it is a perfect one-night stop when travelling to our apartment between Valencia and Alicante. Everything one could want from an hotel

They need to work on how to treat the guests starting from the front service. Besides that, everything else was okay.

Fantastic hotel when driving through Spain, it's a lovely place to break up the journey the grounds are stunning, there is a swimming pool available for guests you can hire towels for 5 eurossave you worrying about drying, we were given a choice of 2 rooms on arrival we chose the 4 poster bed,which was lovely then we found a suprise behind the door a balcony, evening meal and breakfast were included in the price, food is very good I would recommend this hotel it's the 3rd time we have stayed here

Check in staff really helpful loved the hotel , restaurant meal was included in price never told us it was limited untill after we had eaten caused a bit of confusion had to pay extra apart from that all good

Always an absolute pleasure to stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms (especially the suites!) are so comfortable and charming. The attention to detail is amazing. We enjoyed a delicious meal with great wines. Love the secure parking too.

Fun place to be especially with kids. We booked a room and indicated we have a child. We got a room with a regular bed and a bunk bed. My son loved it and was excited that he got to sleep in a bunk bed. He also loved the fact that he got to sleep in a castle. The venue is also beautiful for parties and weddings. It can get a bit loud if they have a wedding going on if you are sensitive to noise. We didn’t mind and it added to the fun. Breakfast was a basic buffet with some hot items and continental breakfast. There is plenty of free parking onsite. There are 3 EV charging stations. The hotel charges a flat fee (currently €20) for usage per charge. Location is off the main highway. It’s about 30 min from the Zaragoza city center. There is not much within walking distance nearby Overall it’s a great family hotel
