Good location, no frills, does what it says on the tin

It's a clean but basic hotel and the room we got was spacious enough for me and my son. The previous year for Series Mania, I stayed in Hôtel Barrière Lille which is a more upscale experience but I find Ibis Lille Centre Grand Palais more convenient. As a whole my son and I had a good stay but wished there could be more amenities like a fridge or a kettle.

Great location and price but the single bed was very narrow. Lucky I’m slim as I’d have fallen out otherwise

Convenient hotel for Zenith and Lille Europe Station, lovely staff, clean and comfortable rooms, recommended.

Ideal spot for a couple of days in Lille (grandparents and a teenager) Room nice, spacious, good third bed. Decent shower etc. Hotel staff helpful and friendly, luggage storage etc. Nice bar, very good breakfast buffet. All round a good stay, easy to walk to the older parts of the city to explore, easy to get to restaurants.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, good size TV. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great, a variety of goodies to choose from. Staff were friendly and so were the guests.

The hotel is perfectly located for both the city centre and the Eurostar station, with colourful quirky decor. The staff wree friendly and helpful and our triple room was clean, comfrtsble and spacious. Good selection of items at the breakfast buffet too and would definitely stay again

Comfortable hotel. Located in a centric zone. Great staff. Room was quite small but that is normal in France.

Nice handy place to stay near the railway station. A few beggars and homeless people in the area made it a bit disconcerting but no real issues.

It was a nice large room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Near two main train stations. Walk to them between 8-10 mins. I had a good stay there. Definitely will use them again.
