Great location for exploring the city. Helpful staff, clean room, with a nice shower. We also had a small balcony area outside the room. Only slight issue was no plug sockets near the night stand.

Several issues surfaced with the room which they couldn't mend. We were immediately upgraded without any questions. Stayed longer than we had booked. The 2 restaurants located at either side of the front entrance serve amazing polish dishes, no need to go elsewhere. Close to the main attractions yet located in a quiet neighbourhood.

Property is situated in an amazing location, 10 minutes walking distance to the main square. Rooms are clean and have all you need for a lovely stay.

Great location, very good spacious room, lovely restaurant, felt a bit like staying in a museum (in a good way) Old style walk up apartment. I loved it.

It was great to find an aparthotel that had staff on hand during the day. I was able to drop my bags off early and have questions answered. The staff were very helpful. The accommodations have such character and I was glad they had a room for solo travellers. The area is great for food and drink - I ate so well at many places nearby. It was easy to connect with other areas of Krakow by tram stops within walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here in December 2024. Perfect location for walking to the main square, plenty of choice for restaurants. Very comfortable room with good facilities. Highly recommended.

Firstly it was not easy to find it, small entrance/ door between 2 restaurants. Staff were nice and helpful when they were around. The room did not even have a bin. There was a little towel in the bathroom supposedly for make up removal which was discoloured and old. I wouldn’t even clean the floor with that let my face. The tv was not tuned into a channel and who wants to spend time tuning a tv on holiday rather than watching it?! One day staff were still cleaning rooms late at 6 pm which I had never experienced anywhere else before with sound of vacuum cleaner etc! Worse than that was the noise in the area, almost every night I woke up with people singing , chatting outside in the street quite late at night or I should say early hours of morning. I have videos of that and can attach. Overall not great.

It was so fun to enter this vintage hotel with all the detail to the authenticity of the time. So enjoyed the experience. Staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

The hotel was comfortable, clean and well located. The check in is only open until 6pm and whilst they offer free wi-fi I couldn’t find the code anywhere.

A lovely quirky place in a great location, with lots to see and do. Very reasonable price too. The electronic key was very handy. The only thing was ideally having 24hr concierge. If this could be made more clear it might help, but also point out that the electronic key system works for the front door and your room door. This would help people know what they have to do for certain. Otherwise a great find and lovely, friendly staff.

Room was clean, friendly staff, if your at the front, the ear plugs come in hand!! Overall, would definitely return, very pleasant stay

The location was good, but be aware that this hotel is very noisy outside, no elevator, and reception only work until 6pm. Very inconvenient for late-comers and light sleepers.

Easily one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The only down side is that the front desk closes at 6pm. This means if you lock yourself out, need a fresh towel, etc you are stuck with either bugging the restaurant manager or waiting til morning.

Hotel is lovely, room is very nice and great location. We really struggled as weather was very hot and one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was having air-con. Ours didn’t work and even after reporting it they did not have anyone look at it. We could not breathe in the room and left the front door open where possible just to get some air.

Other people were using the table on our balcony for smoking which was not nice for us being non-smokers.

Loved this hotel! It was beautifully decorated. Quirky. The restaurant was fantastic. A real treat to stay here.

Loved the hotel, quirky all rooms are different decor. Only issue would be breakfast time it was a bit chaotic. I would definitely be stopping again but minus breakfast
