The staff are very rude and do not understand English. There are always misunderstanding between guests and staff. The girl handling the bar next to pool tables was very rude. The room didint have a fridge or hair dryer in bathroom. The internet is not free and its ridiculously expensive to buy hotels wifi and its only for one device when you buy it. Overall very unhappy with our stay and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. But the location is great.

The hotel was clean. Food was ok but could have more choice such as something different each day was a bit repetitive.

Very kind and helpful staff. But we had smelly room, although it was clean. Food was average . "All inclusive" service was slightly crazy, because they have only local unknown whisky, rum which tasted weirdly. They serve drinks like vine and beer exclusively in the small 2dc plastics cup - which is not my style of tasting beer. Therefore I radher not go back again.

The hotel staff was ok. But the room was not ok at all. The smell of linen was bad. That's why when we were coming back in the evening at the room, the smell in the room was awfull! - The quality of breakfast and dinner was not nice at all. The juise was with chimic taste. We drunk just water. + The fruits was nice. There are apples, oranges, melons, watermelons, pears. And of course the cheese was tasty. Main deashes at dinner was tasty but other meals was not well and low quality. - Wifi was not free and expensive even in lobby was also with money. - Safe with money. - Hairdresser absent in the room. - Dust under bed at arrival! - minibar absent. - Power socket only one in the room and one at bathroom. - very dark in the room. Both curtains doen't miss the light inside. + cleaning was made every day, but towels was not changes for 4 days and shampoo wasn't replanished. I think for 80 euro per day that we paid quality of this services are not justified!

Short trip but great holiday and hotel was on the beach pretty much

Your hotel is not worth the price advertised. We were put in basement rooms. Beds were not good and my wife had to request change of mattress because she hurt her back from sinking hole. Towels were a daily fight. 3 of the 6 days we got no towels and the other 3 we had to fight to get extras for 4 people. Floor needed cleaning. Only good mark was the food.

The hotel is located very centrally to shops, bars and restaurants, The beach is really nice however the hotel room was very small beds weren't the most comfortablesr I have slept in. There was no refrigerator or tea/coffee making facilities which was disappointing. We were half-board, the food in the restaurant is quite average, but tasty. Would I go back to this hotel? Yes provided that they lower their prices to suit.

Friendly staff, rooms comfortable and clean. We couldn't fault them really. Although we had half board, as vegans we didn't think we'd eat at the hotel as we assumed there would be nothing for us, but there was a great selection of cereals, fruit and hot food - toast, baked beans, tomatoes, mushrooms. In the evening there was always loads of salad so we ate there throughout our stay and just went out for lunch. It wasn't amazingly complicated food, but it was fresh and plentiful and staff were cheerful and friendly even when faced with an extremely busy dining room. We only stayed for 4 days as a cheap, relaxing quick break and it certainly hit the spot. The pool area was small and full of kids on lilos so we didn't use it, but the beach was 10 steps from the hotel so we just went there every day. It was August though, so outside the school holidays I imagine it would be quieter.

It was only a short stay.the room was a good size but we had to walk up 2 flights of stairs not good if you have a lot of luggage.it was an economy room so had no balcony. Having said that it was adequate for our neads. Clean and modern with a large flat screen TV

No frills but ok for a cheap beach holiday, area nice .

Checked in with a really rude receptionist who described our room as a budget room?? On reaching the room it was a triple room in the back of beyond with no balcony (not what was booked). It was sufficient for the weekend but if I was staying for a week unfortunately I would have asked for a refund and booked elsewhere. Needless to say I wont be returning

Arrived at hotel columbo nice room did have 2 sea views but balcony not really big enough to sit out comfortably. Swimming pool not really big enough but this was not an issue as beach right there which was a bonus. Food at Columbo was really nice, plentiful and variable there was something for everyone. Going back next year !!

Das Buffet vor Ort war sehr abwechslungsreich und schmackhaft und es gab immer genug davon mit sehr effizientem Personal. Wir haben für all inclusive bezahlt, aber im Barbereich war nur eine Auswahl an Getränken im Paket enthalten, für alles andere musste man zahlen.... Die Zimmerreinigung sollte besser koordiniert werden, an einem Tag war es fast 18 Uhr und noch immer war kein Zimmer auf unserer Etage gereinigt worden und es lag überall Sand. Personal an der Rezeption sehr nett. Uns hat sehr gut gefallen, dass das Hotel direkt am Strand liegt, in einer ruhigen Gegend mit vielen Bars und Apotheken, Supermärkten usw. (obwohl man vom Flughafen aus 1 Stunde braucht, um dorthin zu gelangen).

Faite très attention on avait réservé une chambre avec balcon resultat, un mini balcon avec meme pas la place pour deux chaises et surtout une magnifique vue digne des plus belles prison, sur une cour interieur de maximum 3 métres sur 3 mètres...horrible alors que les photos montraient trés bien un balcon avec vue degagé...honteux et pour le buffet vraiment a peine mangeable! Heureusement le personnels étaient agréable!

Sehr bette Mitarbeiter und tägliche Reinigung inklusive Handtuch wechsel. Leider nur 1 Aufzug, manchmal ewiges warten wenn man in der 7 Etage wohnt.... Pool sauber Bar sehr nett....einfach toller Aufenthalt

Es ist schlimm, dass man für WiFi bezahlen muss. Es ist sehr schön, dass für 4€ kann man einen Sonnenschirm ausleihen. Frühstück sind immer gleich jeden Tag. Gekochtes Eier sind nicht echt Eier. Der Strand nebenan ist ok, aber nicht sauber genug nach Mallorca Standard.
