The hotel was not in a central location but with a reasonable walking time to various attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was fine with reasonable choices.

Stayed in Belgrade for five days, the hotel is centrally located so it was walking distance to most attractions. Helpful staff always helped me with my requests.

The hotel is in a very good location not far from the city centre, the staff are extremely helpful. The rooms are excellent with high quality furniture. Excellent choice at breakfast . This was our second time at the hotel and would certainly recommend excellent value.

I complained to get a full refund The ventilation lock fell down. 30 degrees during night and day in the middle of winter. Because they turned off AC. The kid got an allergic reaction and went to hospital for a couple of days because it was so filthy carpet. Old and dusty and expensive. Terrible. They did not even want to discuss a refund. Just look at the rug in the attachment.

The hotel might have been great a few years ago but was getting on in years. The shoddy construction is catching up to it. Great staff, solid breakfast.

We only stayed for two days but were very pleased with our overall experience. We took advantage of the airport shuttle service and it was lovely. The driver was pleasant and drove respectfully. The hotel and our room we're clean and beautiful and the shower was so nice. Great water pressure and spacious. The overall service was very professional. Breakfast was delicious although check carefully to be sure it is included with your room. I think booking with Hotels.com screwed us up so we had to pay extra for the meal. Apparently we weren't the only ones that were suprised halfway through their breakfast with a bill. If we had to find a down side it would be the price of alcohol from the lounge. We found it quite steep even for a hotel bar.

The hotel is nice, very clean and staff are friendly! The room was spacious, clean and good wifi! The breakfast was ok, nothing special. For the location, it’s in a quiet area and near all the popular places: about 5-10 minutes walk to skadarlija, kneza mihaila,... If you come by car, the parking has a lot of space. The bus station is about 25-30min walk from the hotel.

Location perfect for our needs. Stayed before and will stay again. Couldn't fault this hotel.

Great hotel close to main locations and very comfortable and spacious rooms. Service was very good and reception staff very friendly. The restaurant could offer a broader array of options but the staff were helpful and did not mind adapting meals to suit personal preferences.

I stayed one night and glad it was only one. The room temperature control was stuck on 27 degrees and I couldn't change it on the control panel. It actually felt hotter that that and I drank all the water in the mini-bar to avoid dehydrating ( and paid for it ) My colleague called maintenance to his room and they could not fix it. On check out the reception staff just said that they had complaints the other week that the rooms were too cold.

Hotel is amazing. Staff are efficient, friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again when I am next in Belgrade
