Every few years I check into a hotel and am given a key to a room that has not been cleaned. It happened again here and the hotel found a nice room in the same category and after ten minutes I was in the new room. But the hotel seems stretched to the limits in the busy summer holiday season -- understandable, but not attractive. Nearby Zoo is one of the best in the world and worth a full day visit.

The hotel is right in the middle of a resort with a zoo, casino, indoor ski slope and skating, Roman pool, spa and many other things besides including many restaurants and nearby within a few minutes drive there are supermarkets and shopping centres. The hotel had a nice pool so the kids were happy and it was very clean and it is also close to the lovely city of Thionville for cafe's, castle in town, eat by the river, lovely shopping and Metz where we went to the Centre Pompidou art gallery and higly recommend the Maginot line Fort 19, it is just incredible.

Le personnel est très accueillant, mais les chambres ont besoin d'un sérieux, coût de travaux, notamment au niveau des sols, la moquette fait très négliger

La chambre était impeccable,l’accueil du personnel,la proximité à côté de la salle de concert,un hôtel où je reviendrais pour mes concerts,le calme de cette hôtel dans la nature près des thermes,l’accueil chaleureux de tout le personnel je recommande fortement l’hôtel Diane.

Literie à revoir. Ce n’est pas plus un matelas mais Une paillasse . Petit déjeuner extra .

Hotel bien décoré et confortable. Petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix. Les tables sont un peu proches. L'accueil est sympathique.

Ce n'est pas notre 1ere expérience dans cet hôtel. On a pu constater la baisse générale. Le petit dejeuner reste varié mais la qualite est médiocre. Le gros, énorme bémol, est la propreté. On ne sait pas a quoi ont servi les rideaux et on ne veut pas le savoir !

Le prix du petit déjeuner à 28€ est beaucoup trop cher

Même si l'hôtel est banal voir un peu cher pour le standing, le service rattrape tout. On m'a ouvert la piscine à 7h45 au lieu de 9h00 et tout le personnel hyper agréable. Le lit est confortable, les oreillers un peu moins. Les toilettes dans la salle de bain dommage. Mon séjour n'en reste pas moins agréable dans l'ensemble. J'espère que le personnel est rémunéré à sa valeur.
